When you have too many files in one github diff, this extension helps you filter out the noise
★★★★★ Updated to work with the new github async loading files ★★★★★ Github's diff views are terrific, they let you code review easily, but sometimes there's too much to go over! This extension lets you filter out the noise. Adding a small button in the Github diff view, you can select which file types you want to hide. Especially useful when you compile your css with SCSS/LESS, and you don't want to go over tons of generated css files. Or when you write CofeeScript and don't want to go over the generated js files. The extension also helps multiple code reviewers, when you are only in charge of code reviewing a small portion of a large diff. - (2016-04-25) Perfect. Just what I needed.
- (2014-05-29) Alon Rapaport: Excellent noise filter!
- (2016-12-08, v:0.0.8) Alex Topiler: No longer works :/
The "hide diff" buttons no longer show up past the first few files in a diff because the page loads dynamically now. Any chance of a quick fix?
- (2015-05-11, v:0.0.6) Shaler Wells: Support for internal github?
Hi, My employer has an internal github instance. I'd like to use your tool, but it seems to be hardcoded to use only the public instance. Could you provide a config option? Thanks, --Shaler
