This add-on will automatically save the content in textarea or WYSIWYG editor when user is typing. User can recover the saved texts in the cache panel, even the tab or the window is closed unexpectedly.

- (2023-06-11) Josh G: has saved me on more than several occasions where a form times out, I accidentally close out a tab, or whatever. And there is Mozilla/Firefox version also. It does what it is supposed to do and beautifully also. Note: make sure you limit the database history to 6 months or so. If left at Unlimited history, the database will eventually get too big and become corrupted.

I downloaded several things and they did not work. I then downloaded 2, this being one of them...Then totally forgot about it. So one day I was writing a Google support post and accidently lost my stuff. I was so angry until I remembered this app. But first I tried the other one. It did not work. I was so disappointed. So I went and looked through my extensions and remembered I downloaded this one. A took a look and found my text right there. It's amazing and highly convenient! Very simple to use as well. I highly recommend it ->

- (2019-06-16) Chris Vydas: unreliable, i posted comments on youtube and when my comment did not appear, i wanted to re-type it in but couldn't remember how i phrased my comment. i whent to text area cache to load in what it saved only no thing was saved. waste of time.
