- (2024-03-22) Mark Richards: The free trial seemed to work pretty well, although I sometimes had to turn off computer and try again. Then when I paid for it, it wasn't working at all. Tried to negotiate website to register, start, fix, etc. Unable to do so. I wanted this to be easy. Instead, it's frustrating and (for now) useless.

So I tried Ad Blocker trust and boom! problem is apparently solved! I didn't even need tech support, instructions were so clear.

My computer was cleaned by Web Ad Blocker and so far I haven't received any ads. Received follow-up and both people I spoke with were great. They responded immediately. Let's hope I continue to be ads free.
