non riesco più ad accedere al mio account di posta hotmail.com, dal 13 ottobre il telefono samsung 10 ha iniziato a non caricare più le email e a dirmi che dovevo aggiornare password che era stata cambiata, ho provato a cambiarla e sembrava che avesse registrato la nuova password ma ha continuato a non funzionare. oggi ho provato ad entrare da computer win 10 e non mi permette di entrare in nessun modo non riconosce come valide ne le vecchie password ne la nuova, e da cellulare mi dice che la pagina richiesta è irraggiungibile.
