- This has been a gamechanger in consuming academic dense text. I've discovered that my ability to absorb and retain spoken word rather than "reading" is so different, and this has enabled me to study differently, more efficiently and gain better results. I have only had this a few weeks, I tried all the free solutions which are also great, but for the quality of voice and intonation, I haven't found one that is better. I LOVE THIS APP.

- Since it is virtuely the only one, it is very good. I used Gwyneth voice, it was okay, but I either had to listen at regular speed, which is fast, or turn it down to a slow crawl. I preferred the fast. I gave it a 5 because it worked and I had her reading ancient Cornish words which impressed me she could read correctly. Happy with it.

- Unfortunately had to leave a bad review. There are often times where there is text on my page and it's not detecting it, so I can't even use the extension. Not only that, but there's only one voice for free users and it's very botty (it sounds like an AI who was fed random words, isn't reading full sentences and talks very quickly). When it is working though, I'm able to slow down the voice so I can listen. But most of the time this extension just isn't working when I need it to. Please fix.

- It's really pricey, but I use it often for my studies when it gets hard to sit down and read. I get done reading quicker, two modes of engagement (listening and reading) with the material, and I like watching the time left to read, as it is very helpful to stay engaged. I recommend for anyone in college with a lot of reading and anyone with adhd.

- Free to use but the default voices are terrible and so the good ones you have to pay for, they dont even give one free good one, so its a rip off and its expensive, all I want is my browser data to be read out load with a decent voice, that should be free to begin with!

- It's a pretty solid product. It is a bit robotic at times and makes mistakes by inserting a syllable into a word where it should not, or reading the formatting text on the webpage as part of the article. It can also get bogged down and just stop reading from time to time, forcing me to prompt it from the place it left off. It is also a bit Pricey at nearly $12 a month on the yearly subscription. That all being said, it seems like the best text to speech product on the market at this time.

- Great voices availables and customize settings for better experience during any reading material. It could be a bit more human and less machine sometimes. I guess AI engine will improve that in a future. A bit expensive, paying one year of services is something most of us won't need. Maybe offer a monthly subscription.

- Switched from Natural Reader and haven't regretted it yet. The voice quality maybe a bit more artificial sounding, but the utilities both in browser or in PDFs are generally better and more flawless.

- Life changing! As a child I struggled to read and still do today with ADHD and Dyslexia. When I was a child, I would run to the children’s section and go straight for the books that came with a cassette and the book together. I hadn't realized that I was struggling that way then and took me a while to notice as an adult. This has been an evolution for me in being able to actually start my education again. It's worth the investment. Such a great tool for the modern day tech person, technology has shifted how things are done today and that means working and schooling online.

- Speechify has revolutionized the way I learn. Not everything is available as an audio book, but almost anything can be turned into a PDF or Word document. I even have Speechify read my papers to me. It helps identify awkward phrasing that my own review sometimes misses. Can't recommend this app and extension highly enough!
