Flowbox's official Extension helps you request and get usage rights for Instagram users' images and videos. By utilizing the Flowbox platform's support for requesting rights, you will be able to get explicit consent from your userbase to collect their media. 📸
Inside the Flowbox platform you can create pre-defined Rights Request templates—freetext messages with key hashtags that allow Flowbox to detect that the user has given their consent—that allow you to give clear instructions to your Instagram user on what you'll use their Instagram content for. 🚀
Flowbox recommends its customers to be as specific as possible as to how the Instagram user's content will be used.
Through the Flowbox Extension you're then able to easily access these templates and send the message to a user on Instagram.
How to use this Extension:
1. Create your Rights Request message templates in the Flowbox platform at https://app.getflowbox.com. Be as specific as possible so that your fan on Instagram knows how their content will be used.
2. Navigate to an Instagram post
2. Right click the comment field and select your pre-defined Rights Request template. Its message will be filled in to the comment field.
3. Post the message
4. If the user agrees and consents to your company collecting their media by answering with the key hashtag defined in your template and a mention, it'll be collected to your Flowbox account automatically through its Instagram integration.
