• (2025-06-04) Nathaniel: Super easy to use once you set the hotkeys, can't watch videos without it now. One thing though, could you add a customizable speed "limit"? Like if I set a limit of x2, you need to press the keys again to increase it further x2. It’d be very handy for when you mostly keep the speed under x2.
• (2025-05-27) Richard Didd (Billy No Mates): Got this just for the audio equalizer settings. Very powerful controls even with just a 10 band equalizer. great for music with B & W PX 7 headphones. To get to the audio settings click on the Global Speed extension, then select the audio speaker icon (yes you would think its a toggle mute button but its not). Scroll down the list to the bottom and the default 10 bands are shown. set the equalizer the way you want then adjust the POW (gain boost). sliding to the right to increase. The only downside is that videos dont go full screen with this extension (full screen video but the top and bottom browser bars are still shown. A work around is to press F11 key to force full screen. Overall one of the best audio equalizer addons for chrome.

Searched and tried a few other extensions, but this is the best, exactly what I needed with customizable shortcut keys. Huge thanks to developers for this.

The site does use YouTube videos to work so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Might update this review once I've used it some more. Video filters, although I don't plan on using them much, don't work on the site, even when inputting the "video, img" text in the query.
