This extension will alert you with a notification when a new customer will come to your website. You an use the keywords which contains your website URLs, product URL keywords, etc. If the new user will open the website page, you will get instant alert notification on your System regardless what you are doing at that time...you just need to open the tawk.to monitoring section in a tab of your Chrome Browser.
Every time when any customer will come in the list of Active Visitor, you will get an instant notification either you are busy in other work or working for any other client.
UPDATE: Now the extension supports the Tawk.to Also.
Here is the process to show the active visitors as notification. You just need to use steps below:
1) Install the Extension in your Chrome Browser.
2) Login the Zopim Dashboard.
3) Click on the extension icon, select *Start* from Dropdown and enter keywords. Keywords should be part of the URL(s), on which the may visit to check the product.
4) When any user will visit any URL that will contain the any of saved keyword then you will get the visitor Notification.
