Planificación logística, animación y simulación en 3D, WMS, optimización de cualquier tipo de logística (p.ej. logística de producción, logística de depósito), cálculo del coste directo de servicios de la logística. Tanto para el PC como para dispositivos móviles.
WMS, la modelización - web, la simulación y la optimización de sistemas de la logística (p.ej. depósito, cadenas de montaje, disposición de la planta, supermercados) están basados en HTML5, WebGL, in-memory-Computing y algoritmos paralelos. La integración de SAP también está disponible.
El objetivo principal del W2MO es la calculación y la optimización de costes laborales,
usando los tiempos estándar (MTM, Refa) en la logística de producción, almacenamiento y distribución. Son la base para un cálculo exacto de los costes laborales para todas las actividades logísticas. De esta forma se calculan todos los costes de mano de obra, que lleva al aumento de rendimiento y de la eficacia.
Diversos algoritmos matemáticos proporcionan la optimización de la logística. Estos son los ejemplos: la optimización de la asignación de área de almacenamiento, gira alrededor, embalaje y reposición.
W2MO ofrece una solución innovadora a la creación del almacén,así como el diseño y la optimización de almacenes existentes.
Tomando algúna información en cuenta, el plano del almacén optimizado (también en el 3D) se creará rápidamente, "con un solo clic". Lo que es necesario:
o Estaciones vacías (incluso reprime), que corresponden al área de reposición y selección
o Conjunto de estantes de la plantilla, que se usarán en el futuro almacén
o Importados o creados productos y pedidos (incluso lineas de pedidos)
Se puede especificar un diseño, añadiendo otros parámetros, por ejemplo, transporte usado, almacenaje de bienes móviles rápidos, número máximo de productos por recipiente. Usando un algoritmo sofisticado los bienes móviles rápidos se colocarán del mejor modo posible; el equilibrio entre la selección y reposición será optimizado; los esfuerzos móviles se reducirán.
El diseño automático de un plano óptimo de almacén puede ser utilizado directamente como un punto de referencia, proporcionando consejos esenciales al potencial de optimización en el almacén actual.
Después de construir un modelo de almacén, un diseño (estantes, tecnología de manejo material, procesos etc.) puede ser "fijado". Una vez que el diseño está fijado, automáticamente se puede generar el inmediatamente utilizable - WMS (Sistema de Gestión de Almacenes).
Una aplicación natal - W2MO, para basados en Android escáneres, smartphones o tabletas se puede descargar de la tienda web de Google e instalarse en el dispositivo móvil. Una gran cantidad de escáneres profesionales de varias fabricaciones están disponibles para el sistema operativo del Android.
La herramienta se puede usar directamente de la nube, a nivel local y también en la red corporativa. Sobre todo las ubicaciones pequeñas y medianas se pueden beneficiar del uso directo de la nube. Los clientes y los proveedores obtienen un acceso desde el exterior y pueden operar todo el proceso.
Incluso las ubicaciones de almacenes en el extranjero se conectan fácilmente y rápidamente. No hay necesidad de invertir en administración, seguridad de los datos e infraestructura informática.
Otra función de gran alcance de W2MO – Optimización del Case Pack – ofrece una solución inteligente del problema de embalaje. La optimización del Case Pack sumamente se recomienda para grandes cantidades de datos. El sistema calcula nuevas dimensiones de contenedores, que minimizan los gastos de empaque. Los contenedores y las cantidades de objetos, así como el volumen no utilizado se determinará, que supone la reducción al mínimo de gastos de transporte. Al mismo tiempo un esquema del envase se determina y se muestra en el 3D, teniendo en cuenta funciones adicionales del proceso.
Simulación en 3D y animación de los procesos de almacén se permiten a través del uso de WebGL. Básicamente W2MO es una herramienta única, que proporciona una visualización avanzada en el navegador web. Los usuarios pueden crear sus propios objetos 3D y descargarlos en W2MO. El programa ofrece visiones/demostración/imágenes muy realistas.
La simulación dinámica permite la gira alrededor de su "propio" almacén, ilustra la vista previa de carga real, y ofrece la posibilidad de equilibrar la carga de trabajo.

- (2017-01-23) Robert Willson: We used W2MO Supply Chain Optimization to change some structures in our network by looking for the best location to add a new warehouse. The goal was to keep costs as low as possible. The system analyzed the imported data and after a couple more simple operations it automatically showed cost optimized opportunities for the new placement (we could choose the whole territory or a certain region). Also it is possible to ignore an old warehouse or concider it and keep track of changes. The Software gives the user a great possibility to compare different scenarios.
- (2017-01-13) Tony Leach: I can highly recommend this tool. A while ago we had a project with Logivations, which lasted a couple months. We wanted to compare different Logistics service providers (they had different transportation rates and truck capacity). Imo, each of them had their pros and cons, so including an independent expert and using a new tool was the right decision. We had a large amount of data, so calculating optimal costs without a tool was impossible. W2MO gave us a great opportunity to quickly import data, mark location candidates and accounts in one click, analyze different scenarios using different carriers. As a result, the Software shows us for each product flow which carrier would be the best solution. We are completely satisfied, thank you for this amazing tool.
- (2016-10-19) James Foster: For the beginning I’d like to mention the Logivations experts, who are very professional in their job and always do their best to meet customer’s needs. The project I had the pleasure to do with them was about the Video-based Process Studies functionality, which allows to use specific motion speeds directly from Videos instead of default times. This makes calculations more accurate and less time-consuming. We started our work from observing activities in our DC - by taking videos via the W2MO smartphone app, which uploads all the videos into the Warehouse Planning & Optimization system automatically. W2MO calculates the average of all observations of the same process and puts these averaged times and speeds into the database. This gave us a great overview of the workload and time demand of all the measured activities. Our initial goal was to eliminate time-wasting processes and we achieved it successfully thanks to W2MO. Logivations solution is cloud-based and no long installation processes are needed, which is another huge benefit for us.

You get a great cloud tool for a small subscription fee which would cost 90.000 USD or more if you buy a license from other Supply Chain Software Companies. I worked with W2MO, in particular with Logistics Network Optimization, it is very easy to use because of its user-friendly interface and interactive functions of Google Maps. I used this program to design a complete network of our DCs. We imported all the location and warehouse data into the system and immediately started working. Following ‘Guide’ and ‘Help’ it is clear what each and every parameter means. As we were interested in finding a location for a new DC, we let the system find the most optimal location to build it (based on our supply and order data). The proposed location was great from the holistic network perspective, we only had to move it some miles for a suitable location and now we are in the process of building the physical Warehouse at this location to expand and optimize our Supply Chain. What I like most about this system is the fast transfer of needed data and the fact that comparison of imported data sets with calculated ones allows you to see the results in a few clicks. It is also great that Logistics Managers can put their know-how in it and move the suggested locations by drag and drop and then the system automatically re-calculates all flows and costs.
- (2016-09-02) Iryna: I was involved in a W2MO project a while ago, we used the Layout Design Optimizer to plan a new warehouse. First step was the data import by csv files, which was quite fast and easy. After importing product + order data and setting the parameters and restrictions, a suggestion of the warehouse structure with all needed racks was created automatically by the system for all the different warehouse areas in 2D and also with realistic models in 3D. We also assigned all our products to bins in the virtual warehouse. A lot of algorithms are included into the tool, such as optimized slotting in picking/ replenishment areas as well as labor cost calculation. We were satisfied with our achieved results and we are planning to use W2MO in the future as well. I can definitely recommend the tool for warehouse planning.

You can hear the Audiojungle "watermark" throughout the whole video. lets get real if they can't be bothered with that why bother with their product.
