Web gebaseerde modellering, simulatie en optimalisatie van logistieke systemen (bv. Opslagruimte, lopende banden, produktie, werkplaats layout) gebaseerde op HTML5, WebGL, memcached, gelijke algoritme. SAP integratie beschikbaar.
W2MO werd ontwikkeld, om die vragen te vereisen/voldoen.
Makkelijk internet: W2MO is een web gebaseerde modellering, 3D Simulatie en optimalisatie omgevingsmodel onder de nieuwe technologie HTML5, WebGL en Canvas. Met W2MO kan iedereen modellen van logistieke systemen gaw en makkelijk scheppen in zijn eigen web browser, en die met collega´s, klanten, toeleveranciers en handelspartners wisselen. Grote groepen mensen (bv. in een globaal bedrijf) kunnen coöpereren op een volledig nieuwe manier en dus kunnen ze een productiviteit en efficiëntie tot stand brengen, die voormalig niet realiseerbaar waren. W2MO steunt niet alleen de wisseling van kennis, maar bijzonder ook the optimalisatie van logistieke systemen. Layout alternatieven of alternatieve strategien kunnen spoedig en makkelig veranderd, en gezamenlijk geëvalueerd worden. Fabrikanten van automatisering en transportinrichtingen- technologie kunnen hun oplossingen direct in de virtual logistiek van hen klanten integreren. De klanten kunnen alternatieve oplossingen vergelijken. De adviseurs kunnen layouts op afstand analyzeren en hun suggesties online tonen. De veranderingen kunnen meteen gekwantificeerd worden.
De planning van het arbeidskrachten is geïntegreerd en focusset op logiestiek en productie. De behoefteberekening is nauwkeurig en gebaseerd op MTM en werkelijke bestellingen en werkzaamheden. Volledig integrati voor alle soorten mobiele apparaten.
3D Simulatie en animatie wordt gesteund door WebGL. Inderdaad W2MO is de einige gereedschap die deze geavanceerde visualisatie in the web browser aanbiedt. Gebruikers kunnen zijn eigen 3D objekten scheppen en die in W2MO opladen. Heel realistische vergezichten worden ondersteund.
Revolutionaire modellering: Conventionele modellering en simulatie gereedschapen zijn vooral process- georienteerd. Deze benadering is voor de logistiek te ingewikkeld en duur. W2MO scheept processen automatisch buiten de layout. De gebruiker kan de layout met een grafisch opmaakprogramma makkelijk en gaw scheppen. Handenarbeid, die een heel belangrijk kwestie voor de logistiek is, is toegevoegd met het gebruik van standaardtijden. Standaartijden als bv. MTM, Refa zijn in de logistiek een gemakkelijk en efficiente nadering om de noodzakelijke handenarbeid te modelleren.
Intelligente optimalisatie: W2MO houdt in geavanceerde algoritmen voor verschillende velden van toepassingen. In een operationeel gebruik zijn ze zoals een „zwarte doos“ geintegreerd, bv. een WMS of ERP systeem. Voor scheppen, configuratie en afstemmen, ze kunnen binnen de omgevingsmodel van W2MO werken. Dit vergunnt fijne afgestemde veranderingen te doen voor ze in de praktijk van kracht zijn!
De oplossing is behoorlijk schaalbaar. W2MO kan voor kleine logistieke systemen gebruikt worden. W2MO kann voor grote logistieke systemen met een hoge aantal gegevens gebruikt worden. Specielle filter en compressive technologien zijn in de oplossing geintegreerd. W2MO kan in ieder mobiele apparaten gebruikt worden, die een browser gebruikt. Dat kann een bureaucomputer zijn, maar ook het meest smartphones kunnen het gebruiken. De toepassing in de smartphone biedt nieuwe mogelijkheden aan, wanneer het om de modellering van en logistieke center gaat. De gebruikers kunnen de toepassing langs brengen wanneer ze de logistische centergat door gaan.

- (2017-01-23) Robert Willson: We used W2MO Supply Chain Optimization to change some structures in our network by looking for the best location to add a new warehouse. The goal was to keep costs as low as possible. The system analyzed the imported data and after a couple more simple operations it automatically showed cost optimized opportunities for the new placement (we could choose the whole territory or a certain region). Also it is possible to ignore an old warehouse or concider it and keep track of changes. The Software gives the user a great possibility to compare different scenarios.
- (2017-01-13) Tony Leach: I can highly recommend this tool. A while ago we had a project with Logivations, which lasted a couple months. We wanted to compare different Logistics service providers (they had different transportation rates and truck capacity). Imo, each of them had their pros and cons, so including an independent expert and using a new tool was the right decision. We had a large amount of data, so calculating optimal costs without a tool was impossible. W2MO gave us a great opportunity to quickly import data, mark location candidates and accounts in one click, analyze different scenarios using different carriers. As a result, the Software shows us for each product flow which carrier would be the best solution. We are completely satisfied, thank you for this amazing tool.
- (2016-10-19) James Foster: For the beginning I’d like to mention the Logivations experts, who are very professional in their job and always do their best to meet customer’s needs. The project I had the pleasure to do with them was about the Video-based Process Studies functionality, which allows to use specific motion speeds directly from Videos instead of default times. This makes calculations more accurate and less time-consuming. We started our work from observing activities in our DC - by taking videos via the W2MO smartphone app, which uploads all the videos into the Warehouse Planning & Optimization system automatically. W2MO calculates the average of all observations of the same process and puts these averaged times and speeds into the database. This gave us a great overview of the workload and time demand of all the measured activities. Our initial goal was to eliminate time-wasting processes and we achieved it successfully thanks to W2MO. Logivations solution is cloud-based and no long installation processes are needed, which is another huge benefit for us.

You get a great cloud tool for a small subscription fee which would cost 90.000 USD or more if you buy a license from other Supply Chain Software Companies. I worked with W2MO, in particular with Logistics Network Optimization, it is very easy to use because of its user-friendly interface and interactive functions of Google Maps. I used this program to design a complete network of our DCs. We imported all the location and warehouse data into the system and immediately started working. Following ‘Guide’ and ‘Help’ it is clear what each and every parameter means. As we were interested in finding a location for a new DC, we let the system find the most optimal location to build it (based on our supply and order data). The proposed location was great from the holistic network perspective, we only had to move it some miles for a suitable location and now we are in the process of building the physical Warehouse at this location to expand and optimize our Supply Chain. What I like most about this system is the fast transfer of needed data and the fact that comparison of imported data sets with calculated ones allows you to see the results in a few clicks. It is also great that Logistics Managers can put their know-how in it and move the suggested locations by drag and drop and then the system automatically re-calculates all flows and costs.
- (2016-09-02) Iryna: I was involved in a W2MO project a while ago, we used the Layout Design Optimizer to plan a new warehouse. First step was the data import by csv files, which was quite fast and easy. After importing product + order data and setting the parameters and restrictions, a suggestion of the warehouse structure with all needed racks was created automatically by the system for all the different warehouse areas in 2D and also with realistic models in 3D. We also assigned all our products to bins in the virtual warehouse. A lot of algorithms are included into the tool, such as optimized slotting in picking/ replenishment areas as well as labor cost calculation. We were satisfied with our achieved results and we are planning to use W2MO in the future as well. I can definitely recommend the tool for warehouse planning.

You can hear the Audiojungle "watermark" throughout the whole video. lets get real if they can't be bothered with that why bother with their product.
