What is the Invoco Dialler?
The Invoco Dialler provides click-to-call functionality within your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software by adding a little icon beside every phone number. Simply click the icon to initiate the telephone call.
How does click-to-call work?
When you click the icon next to your CRM phone number a telephone call will automatically be initiated to your Invoco VoIP phone. When you answer the call, the far end number is dialled, just as if you'd dialled the number manually yourself.
Note: The Invoco Dialler is only available to Invoco Hosted PBX customers.
