Generates a navigable page outline with heading and sectioning elements

This extension is using the HTML5 outline algorithm to create a table of contents.
Should also work well with HTML4 (and older?) pages, that have structured headings.
The table of contents is clickable and tries to highlight the heading/section in question after the jump.
The extension should prove useful to people who find themselves often using online HTML5 outliners.
Comments, bug reports and suggestions much appreciated!

- Mi piace la dimensione della finestra, si adatta perfettamente al contenuto dell'indice della pagina, ma putroppo non visualizza l'indice delle pagine e non è possibile aprire sotto-cartelle dei links. ________________________________________ I like the size of the window, it adapts perfectly to the contents of the page index, but unfortunately it does not display the page index and it is not possible to open sub-folders of the links.

- For the people having trouble with this, make sure to restart chrome. Also, this extension, apparently, only works on live webpages. So it won't work on websites you coded and are not running on a server. Try to run your webpage on a local server like lamp/wamp, maybe with npm, etc. and then try using the extension. :)

- Sometime the table of contents be generated has a bit much noise. I just created one with similar functionality, but it can generate accurate and clean outline for web articles by using advanced article recognition algorithm . Therefore the outline algorithm cannot be relied upon to convey document structure to users.
