SSHGate is een SSH client en web-based Terminal Emulator die de kracht van de opdrachtregel op het web brengt. De belangrijkste kenmerken zijn:

- Key-based authenticatie en ondersteuning RSA, DSA, ECDSA en X.509 certificaten.
- Track van al uw hosts met functionaliteiten zoals tagging, sortering en snel zoeken.
- Log Viewer die functionaliteiten biedt zoals sorteren, bekijken en opnemen van terminale sessies naar HTML-bestanden.
- Er zijn geen browser plugins nodig, dus het heeft geen beveiligingsproblemen van Java, Flash en ActiveX.

- Se podria mejorar bastante, cuando intentas utilizar vi, no se ven las primeras lines. Lo mas importate, me aparecen equipo agregados en el bookmark que no son mios.
