Eye Guardian é uma extensão do Chrome projetada para proteger os seus olhos dos efeitos prejudiciais da exposição prolongada à luz azul emitida por ecrãs digitais. Adiciona um filtro personalizável ao seu ecrã, reduzindo a intensidade da luz azul e tornando o ecrã mais confortável para olhar. Também inclui um temporizador de intervalo para lembrá-lo de descansar os olhos regularmente, seguindo a regra 20-20-20.

Clique no ícone Eye Guardian na barra de ferramentas do seu navegador para abrir o painel de controle.
Use o controlo deslizante para ajustar a intensidade do filtro de luz azul/brilho.
Defina a frequência para o temporizador de intervalo.
Inicie o temporizador de trabalho que irá notificá-lo quando precisar descansar os olhos.
Quando o temporizador de trabalho terminar, inicie o temporizador de intervalo e descanse os olhos.
Clique no interruptor de alternância para ativar ou desativar o Filtro Automático.
