Black New Tab Page
Replaces the New Tab page with a black one.
This is a clone of "Blank New Tab Page" extension but with black background.
Useful with Dark Reader and/or dark themes.

Excellent. I had changed a bit the Tab settings so I don't know if everyone has to do this: On Vivaldi I went to Settings / Tabs / New Tab Page, selected Start Page and clicked on Control by extension. Then it worked fine.

Had to wade through 10 other extensions to find this one, which actually makes the new tab page itself black, instead of quickly redirecting to a black page.
