The keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl+Space' can be changed in Google Chrome's extension management tab.
The content for each kanji is based on the csv file in my Git repository at https://github.com/sdcr/heisig-kanjis. If you have a proposal to change an entry, please fork and create a pull request.
