Image from store Youtube Time Filter
Description from store Filter searched videos by length of time. Do you want to search for videos only between 1:00 and 3:00 minutes long? Maybe between 01:00:00 and 02:00:00 hours long? Youtube Time Filter solves your problem. Features: - Real-time filtering - Loaded only at the Youtube search page to keep your browsing experience fast - Elegant and intuitive user interface - Dynamically filters videos on scroll - Automatically re-filters whenever you page changes. Usage: 1. Go to youtube.com 2. Search for your preferred subject. 3. Open the Youtube Filter extension. 4. Select the values "from" and "to". For instance, if you only want to watch videos between 1 minute and 3 minutes, 'from" should be 00:01:00 and "to" should be 00:03:00. 5. Click on "Filter". If you notice any issues during the filter just reload the page to refresh the extension. Feel free to send suggestions and ideas! Note: YouTube is a trademark of Google Inc. • (2023-06-30) Dan Freeman: Same problems as everybody else, app just reloads and reloads the page. Awkward UI, not a very good extension.
  • (2023-06-29) Mani Edwards: Does not work at all as advertised. Pretty much shows youtube shorts only, and keeps reloading the further you scroll. The *rare* 2-3 videos I saw across multiple different searches were outside of the filter range, anyway.
  • (2023-06-07) fors: doesn't work for recommended
  • (2023-06-01) Sam Towers: It works, you just need to scroll down for it to take effect when loading new videos. Use middle click auto scrolling to load in & filter a ton of videos. It doesn't work with YT Shorts though; they fill-up your results list. As a workaround, install the extension Stylus and copy+paste this CSS to hide Shorts: ytd-reel-shelf-renderer, ytd-video-renderer:has(ytd-thumbnail-overlay-time-status-renderer[overlay-style="SHORTS"]) { display: none !important; } One drawback though - this extension messes with youtube Playlist results. I recommend disabling this extension from chrome://extensions when you don't need to filter by time.
  • (2023-05-22) Diego Galeano: Did not work for me. I tried filtering videos shorter than 15 min and the first one on top was 16. I Removed, reinstalled, same problem. Removed.
  • (2022-12-30) Steve Richards: Cool it works! Thank y Super ! only think it would make this app better would be if you can also filter on a channel . but so far exelent does what it shows and descripe. + + + For does who think on the first look it does not work take a second look this extention does work, for example search a word and filter from 9min to 15min or what you like, than start slowly to scrall down and you will see only videos will show up in your lengh + + + have fun !
  • (2022-07-29) Mr SuperPastel: The concept is interesting, given Google should provide something like this by default. But the execution is terrible, not only it takes a long time to load, it keeps refresing when scrolling down, instead of actual filtering the page or something
  • (2022-04-02) Ertuğrul Sırt: did not work for me in chrome with minimum 10 hours
  • (2022-04-01) sam rolfe: Tried 0-15 5-15 seconds - kept reloading, unloading, then failing and just fallng back to normal. Chrome on windows.
  • (2021-12-05) jiajia Asiatied: need data filter ,ex:half year, 3 months
  • (2021-09-11) Şahin Kasap: Nice but has a problem, even though it is off it doesn't let me see playlists
  • (2021-05-27) Osman Teklies: Hi, could you implement a feature where this works on the youtube home page? I would give full stars if you could do this
  • (2021-03-30) Martin McCarthy: - UI design - awesome! Very well laid out user controls and use to understand. - Functionality - works great! Very easy to use and effective from my tests. Improvement points; - Error messages are displayed on the bottom of the page (it would work better on top as it's cut off on my screen 1280 x 720) - It's possible to enter erroneous times (for example 00:00:03 to 00:00:02 which should throw an error). - It would be nicer to inject the form onto the page itself using a background script but it's nice the way it is for me. I noticed some users wanted that and it works either way for me. Excellent work!
