Watch all videos from a channel in chronological order

Intended to help you binge all the videos from a channel oldest to newest easily & simply

1) Go to the Videos tab of a channel
2) Sort by "Date added (oldest)"
3) Play the oldest video
4) Click the extension icon or Alt+P keyboard shortcut

This gets you to YouTube's auto-generated User List playlist in chronological order.

Don't worry if the current video number is always 20 or doesn't look right, it will still play oldest to newest.

Gobzer 2023-02-24: This extension DOES still work in 2023. You have to find the oldest video from whatever channel you're looking at, play it, and then click the extension icon from your browser. This is also clearly explained from the Overview section for this extension in the Chrome web store, if you bother to read things. I'm giving 4 stars because as far as I can tell, there is no way to save the chronological playlist once you create it, which would make it a 5 star app for sure.
Leon Shoe (TraXu) 2023-02-04: It still generates the playlist from oldest to newest. You just need to manually locate the oldest video (Or any video you want to start from).

Cepheid MadEngineer 2022-12-16: Try "before:YYYY" "before:YYYY-MM-DD" Use these to narrow down and locate that "oldest" video. After you do, run extension as instructed. In my brief testing, this seems to work? I am unable to really confirm since I cannot "Sort by Oldest" and then compare that to "Before:YYYY search -> extension generated list". (I don't know why google would rather ruin user experiences to save pennies when they could easily make good QoL features that have low impact on their side)

There is one peculiar channel that once you choose "Show oldest first" the "Play All" button disappears, and then clicking on the first video the extension does not pick it up and does not creates the playlist. Sadly. =( However if the "play all" is there even if you sort by oldest first then everything works perfect.

Nun Yabiznes 2021-08-15: I just got it and used it once so far. This review won't be very conclusive. However, it's worked just fine on a channel's "Video's" tab and created a playlist of ~ 105 (or 25 less) videos. As the developer said the video number is not accurate but it does have all the videos from the channels "video" list (probably just the public ones).

Luca Musumeci 2021-03-12: It does exactly what it advertises it does: nothing less, nothing more. And I mean it in the best way possible! Only one "problem": it does not allow you to keep the playlist after you close the page. You noticed I quoted the word "problem". You could always search the last video you watched in YouTube's (or even Chrome's) history, re-open it, and re-generate the playlist (which, by the way, autoplays from this very video and not from the older one as I was worried about). You will quickly convey that if users want such a specific function so badly that end up extending their browser, they are clearly aware enough to not "need" this addon to do it, therefore this "problem" will never be a real problem. Good work!
