Instructions for use:
1) Install this theme
2) Enable DevTools experiments here chrome://flags/#enable-devtools-experiments & relaunch Chrome
3) Open DevTools [CTRL/CMD + SHIFT + I], go to Settings > Experiments, and toggle 'Allow UI themes' experiment
4) Reload DevTools
