• (2016-06-07) Yes it serves a good purpose. However, no matter what I do, the extension always shows one response that I cannot dismiss. Most happy to redo a review nd upgrade the rating to a 5 star IF this glitch is fixed.

• (2014-07-06) Young Living Q.A.: I have used google forms for many work related projects. I was searching for additional capabilities in a form builder to which google forms was lacking, such as; uploading documents, uploading audio files, etc. Jotform is amazingly user friendly and was exactly what my company needed. The great thing is that it has integration capabilities that are outstanding(I.E.- google spreadsheets and drive integration) I would recommend Jotform to anyone.
• (2014-05-23) Richard Johns: Very Good tool - but mine shows I have one new notification all the time, which will not clear, even after clicking through every submission to view them all.... Other than that, it's perfect!

• (2013-12-13) d m: Jotform interface is very intuitive and user friendly. It has helped us in solving the form filling requirement for our website. Previously we had so many forms for each requirement. Now using the "if then condition" logic we were able to integrate all the forms into one form.
