By leveraging the Flowbox platform's capabilities for rights requesting, you can secure explicit consent from your user base to collect their media on Instagram. Meanwhile, for TikTok or YouTube, the extension facilitates the selection of a destination flow within Flowbox for video collection.
Within the Flowbox platform, you can create pre-defined Rights Request templates for Instagram—customizable messages featuring essential hashtags that allow Flowbox to recognize user consent. These templates enable you to provide clear instructions to your Instagram users regarding the intended use of their content. 🚀 Flowbox recommends its customers to be as detailed as possible in outlining how the user's content will be utilized.
With the Flowbox Extension, accessing and sending these templates to users on Instagram and managing TikTok and YouTube content becomes seamless.
How to utilize this Extension:
For Instagram:
Develop your Rights Request message templates within the Flowbox platform at https://app.getflowbox.com. Ensure specificity in describing how the user's content will be utilized.
Navigate to an Instagram post.
Right-click the comment field and choose your pre-defined Rights Request template. The template's message will be populated into the comment field.
Post the message.
If the user agrees and provides consent by responding with the specified hashtag and mention, their content will automatically be collected into your Flowbox account through the Instagram integration.
For TikTok:
Navigate to a TikTok video.
Right-click on the video title to select the destination flow within Flowbox where you want to store the video.
For YouTube:
Navigate to a YouTube video or Shorts.
Right-click on the video title to select the destination flow within Flowbox where you want to store it.
