Peter Bamblett 2018-10-20: Well it works and it does what it says on the tin (deletes and reposts your edited tweet). Only problem is if the original tweet had a photo there doesn't seem to be a way to add the photo to the edited tweet. Great if you have a tweet with a spelling mistake as long as that original tweet didn't have a photo.

But instead of editing it, it actually deleted my original tweet (thereby removing it from the thread of tweets it was tied to), undid its re-tweets, and posted a totally new tweet. The inconvenience far outweighs the benefits.
