Provides a text selection right-click context menu option and a simple popup for translating ROT13'd text.
Useful for spoilers.

The decoded text comes up in a popup. It works in Chrome, but no matter what popup options I changed I couldn't work out how to get it working in Vivaldi. I was hoping it would just decode it on the page.

It does exactly what it says it will. Lightweight and very handy.

My only reservation is that the right click option brings up an alert so i can't copy the plain text that way, i'm sure that in a future revision this will be fixed >.> apart from that lightweight and very useful :D
