A quick no-frills look at your local weather radar.
Need to check to see if it is raining or about to rain, but don't have the time to wait for the heavy weather pages to load up (not to mention their ads if you don't use nws)? With just one click, you get an instant look at your area's most recent radar image from the National Weather Service's network of radars. Simply go to the options menu, pick your nearest radar, and you are set. Just click on the tab icon and a quick, simple, clear popup of your most recent radar image appears.

I wish I could give it a negative star review because so far my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I installed this just a few minutes ago after seeing so many positive reviews. When I installed it I was asked to provide my location, then save it. Nothing happened. I opened this again and the default location is Birmingham, AL. I can't see anything for my location. Back in 2018 someone asked for help from the developer and received no answer. I asked the same question. I also clicked on the website and it no longer appears to exist. This extension is totally worthless and I plan on uninstalling it.

Simple & easy- just what I wanted.
Okay Radar Snapshot, was hoping for a 'Loop' option. Looking for something similar to 'Forcast Fox' (for FireFox)

Simple and works as advertised. Resolution is kinda crappy.
Just weather radar from the NWS. Click the icon, you have the radar in a pop-out window. Excellent!
