MiVoice Integration for Google offers computer telephony integration (CTI) and productivity features for Mitel MiVoice Business and Google users, including inbound, outbound, and in-call capabilities, all integrated within the web browser user interface via Google Chrome Extension, and accessed with a single sign-on. These include:
· Inbound features (such as toaster-pop and answer call)
· Mid-call features (such as transfer, conference, hold, retrieve call; create call notes)
· Outbound features (such as search for contacts and click-to-dial)
· Activity tracking features (save call notes and logs to Google contact Notes field)
Mitel Open Integration Gateway (OIG) software and a Mitel MiVoice Business communications platform are required. Contact your Mitel reseller for additional details.
