Allows you to quickly display just the group of calendars that you want (on Google Calendar).

With this Google Calendar extension for Chrome, you'll be able to define presets of multiple calendars that can be displayed or hidden with one click. This way, you will be able to easily jump back and forth between different calendar sets.
Useful for viewing an entire team's availability, or previewing several conference rooms' load all at once.
Easily showing or hiding all calendars is also supported.

- Only one Google account per browser profile is supported. If you need to use several Google accounts, you can use several Chrome profiles for this: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2364824?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Privacy Policy
When you use this extension, your presets (including the names of your calendars) are stored in your browser’s local storage. They synchronise across your signed-in devices using Google Chrome’s cloud-based mechanism — in case you have enabled it. Your presets are not shared with anyone else and no further private data is uploaded to any servers. Only anonymous usage data (such as the event of opening the extension) is collected, using Google Analytics. You can opt out of this at any time by going to the extension’s options and unselecting the respective checkbox.

- (2023-01-17) Fries Mourisse: Since the start of the year, the extension updated to 1.13 and stopped working for us. I see a lot of other users face similar problems. I hope the problem gets fixed soon or at least an update on the developers side would be appreciated.
- (2023-01-03) Volkmar Miehling: This was fantastic. But with the new version 1.13 nothing works as it did before. The extension doesn't care about presets. Show all / hide all calendars also doesn't work. I really hope this will be fixed soon!

- (2022-12-29) I have 1.13. It doesn't work anymore. What used to be mildly irritating in previous versions now no longer works at all. Bummer because it was great.
- (2022-10-18) Matthew Michaels: The presets and new presets do not work. Random calendars keep showing when a preset is clicked. This could be a great tool, but right now it is buggy.
- (2022-10-07) David Langridge: Was great but now all the presets bring incorrect calendars into groups. Shame, I used it all the time but have had to delete it
- (2022-10-04) Liz Storey: Worked great up until recently (September 2022) when it no longer refreshed properly, the presets all disappeared and now when I try to add them again either my calendars no longer appear or I do create a preset and the extension menu doesn't actually list any presets anymore. All of my calendars in the preset menu are listed now with "more_vert" after each of them, changing the delay does not solve any issues and normal troubleshooting attempts have not worked either. Sad, this was a great help.
- (2022-09-22) Chauna Black: Original review (5 star): Exactly what I was looking for. Work calendars can get very messy if you have to look at 5 different groups all at once. This cleans that up. Very easy to use. After about a year (3 star): It's Sept 2022 and I'm finding this app super glitchy. The IDEA of it is great and when it works it's great, but often it just randomly unassigns calendars to my groups and I have to go back and create the group again; other times you try to create a group and only half of your calendars show up in the list to choose from and no amount of refreshing seems to bring them into the app; and lastly for my co-workers with even more calendars to track than I have to, the app only allows so many calendars in it's list so if you have say, 50 calendars, it may reach it's limit at displaying 30 of them and there is no way to get your full list of calendars on board to create a group. So, the theory is cool but the app needs quite a bit of work still.
