- I was with Password and when they upgraded to password 1 it was so hard I could not work out how to even log in. I swapprd to Nordpass as I have been with them for a long time with Nord VPN. It is soooooooo easy and was so easy to set up. I love that I just unlock Nordpass on my mac and it will open any application i need to log into. It turns off when my computer goes into sleep mode so its super safe. You do have the option to keep it unlocked on that chosen device. It is just so easy and smooth. I highly recommend.

- Your constant pop ups are a pain in the neck. let us deside. Still getting promotion to subscribe for whatever, even I have allready prime stuff. Why is it not made for Arch Linux??? On my phone I had to turn off the app completely, now I have batterie live for 2-3 days!!! This shows how much it drains my phone. Organize files in the cloud is very sluggish. NordPass doesn't correctly work when it comes reentry. It doesn't stay open for 4 hours.

- I've been using NordPass for a year on my PC & android phone, and really like it. I've been trying for over two hours to get NordPass up and going on my wife's PC on our Premium Family plan. I find NordPass's instructions and online help sadly lacking. What it says to do to accomplish something and what you get when you follow their guidance just don't match. I find too many buttons to push that just don't work - they don't do anything. I can't get the browser extension up in the right corner of Google Chrome. I can't fingerprint MFA to work at all. Both work just fine on my own PC, but not on my wife's. A very frustrating install, indeed!

- When I enter my master password on the chrome extension, it says I have the incorrect password.. when I enter the same password on my phone's NordPass app, I log in just fine. It's extremely frustrating to not be able to access my passwords when using chrome on my laptop.

- I think I've been through two or three NordPass renewals now, and another coming up in January. This is by far the best password manager out there, until recently. It auto locks every time I need it now. I already talked to support, she said it will be fixed with the next release. I just hope that comes before my renewal. I'm having to use a free alternative right now.

- I'd put it at 5 stars, but the extension keeps logging me out at random times, and it doesn't always appear consistently on all websites. still works great, and beats any other one hands down.
