- After using Lastpass for years, switching to roboform, 1password, and recently using my Pixel's built-in password managfrom Google, this far surpasses all of them for security and functions. It does have some problems with autofill on some sites that I am currently tryingn to resolve.

- NordPass is a clean, reliable, and overall solid password manager. It makes storing and generating passwords simple, and syncing between devices usually works like a charm. The interface is modern, intuitive, and doesn’t feel bloated with unnecessary features. That said, it’s not flawless. Occasionally, NordPass forgets its manners and pretends it doesn’t know you—even when a password for that site is clearly saved, it won’t offer to fill it in automatically. When that happens, you’re left manually digging through your vault like a digital archaeologist. Also, every now and then, the browser extension decides to throw a tantrum and stop responding properly—requiring the classic “uninstall and reinstall” ritual to get it behaving again. Despite these hiccups, NordPass remains a trustworthy and well-designed tool that makes password management much easier than going solo. With a little more reliability in its autofill and extension stability, it’d easily earn a fifth star.

- Before I made the switch to NordPass, I used True Key for a long, long time. (I also tried the password generator/storage options provided by Apple and Mozilla). This tool has more options (categories, customizable create/edit UI, and works seamlessly with autofill and automatic login (form submission). This review is for the Edge (MacOS) add-on. I also use the Firefox version of this add-on, and the iOS app. I originally got the VPN but liked some of the other utilties offered by Nord. An honest criticism. The export/import process between True Key and NordPass was painful. I had to do A LOT of manual clean up: missing data/fields not mapped, long passwords w/ special characters were truncated. I almost ditched the migration TWICE but I'm glad I didn't. Lastly, where do I store the password for the password manager? LOL!

- I was an avid fan of Roboform and used it for well over a decade before trying NordPass. I was blown away with how well it worked and in comparison seemed light years ahead. It's all the little features that make it such a joy to use. I'm hooked and can't find the right superlatives to adequately describe it. Suffice to say I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 21st century Password manager that has it all!

- For starters let me say that I've been involved in tech professionally since the early 90s and I'm currently a DevOps Team Leader for a SaaS software company in the UK. We deal with some sensitive data on a daily basis so I know a thing or two about security, software quality and trust issues. My main systems are Apple-based but I also use Microsoft and Linux on a daily basis so have had exposure to many products of this type and tested most of the market leaders. I started using NordVPN a while back for personal use and also use it professionally. I have many different systems which need secure access and this can be quite a job to keep on top of at times. I was recently looking for an alternative to LastPass which I'd used for many years but have recently had issues with. Therefore decided to give NordPass a try as I've found NordPass a really solid product. Glad I did. Really pleased with NordPass so far. No issues and like their policies and the way the software operates. So far so good. Keep up the good work!

- Love NordVPN and been using for nearly 10yrs but since signing up to Plus, NordPass has made it so frustrating to use. I have installed the Chrome extension and setting up NordPass is a complete nightmare, can't get it to work, asking for password I don't have and only way to get Recovery Code is if you are able to log in the app. Poorly made app and the support instructions are not helpful. Stranage having to send a Support request to Reset the account when I've never setup NordPass in the first instance.

- The google chrome extension for Nordpass is absolute trash. It never works. I always have uninstall and reinstall the extension. It's honestly so bad that I'm considering leaving NordVPN and moving to a different service.

- makes my life easier, I am an insurance agent and need to change passwords a lot and have multiple logins. Would highly recommend. Much more secure then google passwords.

- If you enjoy logging into the app 10-15 times per day and wasting more time logging in then the app could ever save, then this is the app for you! Seriously, the last month has been so brutal. I've been using it for 2 years and the bugs they have been having are unacceptable. This past week you couldn't even log into the app most days. If you're on a mac forget about touch id biometrics working anymore, the chrome plugin just won't accept it. This app is making things 10x more frustrating. It would be faster to manually write down passwords than use Nordpass over the last month. Their solution, just keep deleting the app and reinstalling every time they try to release a fix. Currently looking for a different option, don't waste your time here.

- Giving 2 stars because it's currently broken, but not 1 star because I found a temporary work-around if your biometrics isn't working and your master password is throwing the "Authentication header not provided" error. Would update review if fixed soon enough. . 1. Select "Switch Account" > "Use another account" 2. Log in with the same email 3. Use your master password to login (biometrics will still throw an error)

- there is bug currently in the extension where the extenstion request the master password and when the user type the correct password it rejects it. (The correct one). a bug need to fix. the only temporary solve is to reinstall the extension again.

- Used to work well, but Biometric sign-in fails more and more often. Now I cannot even sign in with my master password, I keep getting the error "Authentication header not provided".

- Like everyone else, having issues with MASTER pass is incorrect. Get it fixed tonight, tomorrow morning I will be proceeding with a complaint with my credit card company and requesting a charge back.

- The sheer panic that hits when your password manager tells you your MASTER pass is incorrect??? Complete trash and not worth the trouble. I've dealt with the "program" on Android for years, added to this? I will not be resubscribing. I will be finding a new password manager when my subscription is over.

- Updated to latest version and still getting "authorization header not permitted" errors which have made it unusable, resetting the extension is a painful workaround

- App has turned to absolute trash. Authorization header not permitted every couple of days. Uninstall the Chrome Extensions, reinstall and it works again. Next time it does it, I'm out and looking for a better service not Nord. If their team can't handle this issue, what other vulnerabilities are there in their software.

- The "fix" to "authorization header not permitted" seems to be skipping the extension altogether and using the website to log in. Which breaks the functionality, and makes it tedious to maneuver through. The issue happens on multiple browsers as well.

- "authorization header not permitted" seems to be very common on here. It was happening last week and I uninstalled and reinstalled and now a few days later I'm getting the same message. Time to look for another option as I'm not interested in dealing with their customer service after my password debacle.
