- (2024-05-29) Mark Vierin: Ik houd nog altijd een lijst op pâpier bij van de nieuwe wachtwoorden.. Want vaak als ik inlog vderschijnt het wachtwoord niet of krijg bericht "fout wachtwoord". Natuurlijk, Google wil zelf de wachtwoorden bewaren en ik weet niet hoe ik de instellingen aanpassen dat enkel Nordpass de wachtwoorden mag bijhouden. Een ander gfroot probleem is, welk URL moet ik opgeven bij een nieuw wachtwoord... Deze zijn soms zeer lang en geven toch niet het gewenste reultaat.... Een troost: ik heb al vderschillende wachtwoord programmas getest en het was altijd een ramp... Ik hoop de AI het probleem van de wachtwoorde, oplost???

- (2024-05-28) Mina Bard: Nordpass looks more modern than my previous password manager Lastpass but it has some annoying features. For one thing you need to log in to Nordaccount which has a separate password in order to access Nordpass. If you don't remember the Nordaccount password you're doomed. Nordpass is not as good as recognizing fillable fields as Lastpass and it has a habit of misinterpreting other data like date of birth as a new password and ask you if you want to update the details. I've had to reset several passwords bc I chose to update. Be careful when creating new passwords, if you ask it to generate a new password, it won't automatically be stored so be sure to copy. It's not worse than Lastpass and if it wasn't for the scary possibility of losing access to Nordpass if I don't remember the Nordaccount password, I'd give it 4 stars.

- (2024-05-19) David Lombardo: Well designed, easy to use, high degree of flexibility. I love Nord and have used their products for years, and I encourage friends/family to do the same. Locally, use Veracrypt, if your data touches the internet, use Nord. That is what I always say. Of note but you can also keep files in the premium version. Really good for those security types, such as digital certificates, rclone configs, etc, etc. that you do NOT want to loose.

- (2024-05-19) Bill Charette: I opted in for a 2 year new subscriber deal in September 2023. Since then, this app has been majorly frustrating. Our primary devices are Android phones, Chromebooks and 1 Windows 10 PC. It is completely hit or miss whether Nordpass detects you are logging into a website or phone app for which you have a saved password. On some websites, the Android app works flawlessly, offering entry buttons right above the keyboard for your saved username and password. Often, I have to go into the app itself, look up the entry, copy the username and password, and paste them into the login fields. I'd estimate that the username/password detect and autofill works about 50% of the time on Android no matter which browser you use, and 35% of the time in ChromeOS. I will say that the credit card field detection and autofill works almost all of the time. However, compared to another competitor whose name rhymes with PastLass, the user experience of this app has been dreadful. I rarely, if ever, had the same problems with that competitor that I have with Nordpass. It's just too bad that that other competitor has had three data breaches in the last few years, which is why I switched. I'll be investigating alternatives come September 2025.

In addition, it is very annoying when I have to login twice to be able to use my passwords especially in Chrome. It seems as if the product is starting to go down hill. I have use the service and like the product yet I might not review again if they do not fix these bugs

- (2024-05-17) Chad Wagner: I want to like it, but honestly, I am about one day away from pulling all my data and moving to a different platform. It HANGS CONSTANTLY. More than half the time I go to a website, it doesn't offer to fill passwords, so I click on the extension and it is a blank window. I have to sit and wait - sometimes for 10 seconds, sometimes for over a minute, for the app to activate and come back to life. I moved from LastPass (for a lot of reasons), but I *never* had this problem there. NordPass, fix your lag and latency issues!
- (2024-05-16) Clif Blanchard: It is better than relying on the built in password management in the various browsers, and works across Windows, MacOS and iOS. It is difficult to get it to cooperate in some cases, and the options for creating passwords are sometimes limiting, for example I have a site that requires upper, lower, number, and special characters -- but not #$%{}. I can either have these on or off, I can not turn off special characters and add ones in. It took me 5 tries before NordPass came up with a password that the site approved.
