One idea: the $50 deposit may detract new customers from trusting/understanding the service. If I were you I'd start with a week free trial, then start up on the $9.99 per group per month charges once people understand how to use the service. Possibly incorporate the $50 deposit in the user's second month of service. That way, there will be less barriers to entry and new users can trust you a bit more. It may deter some new users away the way the pricing system currently works. I hope this helps! Thanks again for your service.

A 90 days+ investigation has identified that this was a scam and fraud and they had refunded back my whole amount. I suggest anyone who pays to this company should raise complaint with their banks to get their money bank. Never pay them through debit card as bank won't take any responsibility. However, now Scott you jump or scream. The truth has been infront of everyone. This could have been resolved easily if you did not have used my card without authorisation. I would have been using the service. But greediness has no ending. Update: 26 April, 2024: This fake scam company has gone crazy by putting every 1 star comment on name. All the above comments are from real persons. They are scamming everyone on the subscription model. Steve is hiding behind all this. I suggest to file a police report against this company in Australia. They are total fraud and scam. They are using other people card without authorizations by stealing their details. When you will confront they will put blame back on you. Previous: Scam and fraud. Abusive staff. They have charged my card for an unauthorised transaction of $308.15. They stole the card details online and then use on the name. I do not know who had account on my name or who was using it. They steal your credit card information form online. When confronted them, they start putting blame on me or my account. The chat is inefficient, no email address, no contact number, no person name. They always say higher tier team, while there is no one there. They start putting blame on customer for joining and leaving pods. That is what customers has to do?. They want customer to keep on joining pods and do not use it and pay the money. It is a total scam and malicious and fraud website. Also, note that it is illegal to use Lempod for Linkedin likes and Linkedin will ban you, if you use this software. Be aware of it. You all must leave Lempod immediately to avoid fraud and unauthorized transactions on your accounts. Do not ever save your credit cards. They keep on charging funds from your accounts without your authorization. They have no policies or rule. Repsonse for the below comment from lempod: Shame on you scammers. You are telling plain lie to the people. You guys have charged my card without my permission and without my consent. You are abusing credit cards without the use. You have no email address, no contact number, no service. The money was charged without even using the groups and without event engagement. Now you can give all justification as below but it will not help on reducing your real image. You guys should be ashamed of calling yourself a business and blaming the customers. This 1 star is hurting more, i can see. The below people who commented 1 star also said it right. You have scammed me without my consent and authorization, whether you jump or hop now, the fact that you are scammer will not change. I have already raised the complaint to further authorities to investigate the criminal and scam activities by you guys.

They will ban you. Now they will claim below that i do not have an account or i did not use. Inappropriate behavour and blame game on customers is common. The team lacks transparency and customer orientation. It almost feels like a SCAM. They offer 24h free trial, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. They say they charge $9 for a pod, but they charged me $20 upfront, even when I was using the free trial. 3. After using the product for 2 weeks, and asked for a refund. I used just one pod. And a support agent, when asked why they charged me $20, told be it's 100% refundable. Now, after requesting the refund, they are refusing to do it "because you used the product". Total rip-off. 4. According to their invoice, they have to bill $3.72 out of $20. Instead, they closed the support chat for me, I can't contact them anymore, and they don't want to refund the rest of the money.
