• (2024-05-11) Sam H: This is the ACTUAL countdown and countup timer you're looking for. Not some BS timelogging extension for employers. It's very simple and easy to use. Displays the timer over the extension icon in the browser itself and has a few other options/features. If this extension was a person, I'd let my daughter date it.

• (2023-11-29) Sadman Hossain: EDIT: The developer for this extension is amazing! They updated it to make keyboard input work again in less than a day; this is absolutely an extension that you should consider using, I use it literally everyday. I absolutely LOVE this extension but recently keyboard input has stopped working, which is a massive deal breaker for me. However, I know that the dev is actively working to fix the issue (I can confirm that version 4.1.2 does NOT fix keyboard input; the only way to change timer values remains to be scrolling), and for that I have to give this 5 stars, because I know that they listen to their users and I trust that they will be able to fix the issue and continue to support this extension for years to come. Consistent extension support is difficult to come by, even amongst many popular extensions (that have often had their last update years ago), so this gesture of solidarity means a lot to me.

• (2023-01-13) Adam Balint: This is not a countdown but a countUP app. Also, I have no idea what the icons mean apart from the deletion. There are 3 icons that represent sound.

• (2022-10-14) João Amadi: This is exactly what I needed. Simple and very effective. Allows for multiple timers and chronometers, I use the notes to name each one and time different activities and automations that I run daily. I needed something easy and accessible to help me track these automations in particular, and this extension was the perfect one for it. Only thing is that it took me a while to figure out where to add the notes to each counter (it's on the little strip on the bottom of each one). One suggestion would be to add a little "add note here" so other people can find it more easily. That's all, because I love it!
