Not too long after I subscribed for the Web Ad Blocker, I got a call from Mr. Angelo, a member of the technical support team, who helped me to install and set up the Web Ad Blocker on my laptop. For this, I thank him for the prompt and excellent customer care. If I was left alone, I believe that I would have encountered problems to set it up and activate it on my computer. For now, I need time to work with it on my computer for some time before I can give a true report about the effectiveness of the Ad Blocker. Therefore, I will get back to do another review after some time.
I think it is working. I did have trouble setting it up but got help. Hopefully, this will eliminate the ads.
i am still getting ads from kohler, quantim fiber,best buy and many others.
The online instructions were beyond my "computer knowledge", so I called the help line number the following morning. Glory to me, I immediately was able to speak to Andrew, he walked me through the download process by taking control of my computer. It only took about 6-8 minutes, and everything went through!! Andrew also done a quick scan of my desktop and advised that I had a couple of programs that were not needed. I am quite satisfied.
I am very satisfied with the service provided. Those who helped me with my computer issues were very patient as I am not computer savvy!
VERY HARD TO INSTALL ?
Keeps asking for money daily, stating it has expired. Kept on calling several times to make active. Disgusting which I took this deal.
I like this program and it works well on CHROME. I wish it worked with other browsers.
although I am not able to set it up permanently because of a registratuoin problem; *I do have it temporarily and it works. there are some sites that I have to go around, so to speak, because the shield won't let me go direct, maybe because the site may be selling something. no matter it is nice but my loss your gain, if you can.
I tried it for 3 days, and worked find. So I signed in for subscriptions. Glad to see the add's gone.
So far, so good. Blocks majority of those annoying ads. Customer service was outstanding.

Have not been able to activate for for months. they sure as hell know how to keep taking my money.
Very disappointed. While the protection may be good, it's annoying messaging is irritating. I also keep getting requests to register by calling a phone number even though I am a paid registered user. I'm going to try to cancel and get my money back.

The free trial seemed to work pretty well, although I sometimes had to turn off computer and try again. Then when I paid for it, it wasn't working at all. Tried to negotiate website to register, start, fix, etc. Unable to do so. I wanted this to be easy. Instead, it's frustrating and (for now) useless.

I love Ad Remover, but I was asked to upgrade to the Web Ad Blocker and it said enjoy your free trial which implies there is an additional fee for the Web Ad Blocker. I couldn't find how much this would add to my existing Ad Remover. Your Ad Remover site is rather confusing as now I'm not sure what I have and how much I will be paying after the free trial. Thanks for any information and guidance you can give me.

Nothing gets through this bull dog app! Now I enjoy doing research, browsing the web, shopping, and playing games. One huge headache GONE! It was easy for me to activate, but if you are not techno-savvy, contact support. Web Ad Blocker is WELL worth the cost.

I had been very good at zoning out ads windows. But it reached the point that the adds became so ubiquitous that I could no longer ignore them. So I tried Ad Blocker trust and boom! problem is apparently solved! I didn't even need tech support, instructions were so clear.
