Analyze job descriptions and identify keywords missing from your resume.
Get more interviews with Jobalytics.
Jobalytics is a resume analyzer designed to help you get your resume past applicant tracking systems (ATS’s) that review your resume before recruiters see them. It uses artificial intelligence to help you strategically tailor your resume to the job listing you are applying for so you can stand out to the recruiters as a top candidate for that position. It does this by analyzing all the important keywords of a job description and highlighting for you which one of the important keywords your resume is missing so you can add them to your resume. With a highly optimized resume, you will be ranked as a top candidate by the ATS’s, making the recruiters eager to reach out to you, and your chances of moving forward in the application process and getting an interview will be significantly higher.
Jobalytics is 100% free and works on every job board and any job listing online.

- (2023-09-25) V P: Missed a lot of keywords I already have so I thought it might be a parsing issue and I changed the layout, same result. I thought it might be a capitalization issue so I changed it and still same result. Useless extension creating a false sense of necessity to exists. Stay away like a plague and don't worry yourself over a pointless piece of creation's inability to correctly rate your resume.
- (2023-08-18) Christian Turner: Extremely inconsistent results. At one moment it provided a score of 91% and then I came back later to the same posting with the exact same file and it said 78%. Additionally it keeps recommending keywords that are clearly all over my resume/the file uploaded. For this reason I don't really trust this product to provide guidance on my resume in compared to a job posting.
- (2023-08-18) Aruvansh Kumar: Gives the basic idea
- (2023-08-16) mrunal lachake: This tool is amazing. I just started using it and it's giving me visible results and I can update my resume based on the keywords. The best fact is that it's free.
- (2023-08-11) Parrish Heppenstall: Great! But can't get it to work on Indeed. LinkedIn, Glassdoor A+.
- (2023-08-04) Natasha Korobkova: Not working. Same document may show from 80% to 0% match. Frustrating
- (2023-07-30) Aravindth Thiruchchelvam: it is working ok. Once I update missing keywords and upload resume, score still remain same. must be a bug
- (2023-07-01) Anurag Lingala: Unable to parse documents properly and missing many keywords
- (2023-06-30) Varun Pawar: Not perfect but you will get a rough idea. Apart from the actual keywords it also picks words which I feel are not keywords. BUT THIS EXTENSION HAS BEEN HELPFUL. For the developers: If you could mention the total keywords that are being considered and total keywords found on resume then it will give even more clear idea, specially in cases where it is picking keywords which should not be picked.
- (2023-06-23) Kat -: It used to work, but it suddenly stopped working and everything shows up as 0%
- (2023-06-10) Kris Ilagan: Its not working for me.. it says the domain is not supported. what shall i do?
- (2023-06-01) tsz kin Ho: Worthless. Highlight the most random and irrelevant words.
- (2023-05-31) Adedoyin Famuyiwa: It's only sometimes helpful. This extension will oftentimes highlight unnecessary keywords and not correctly match the keyword to my resume. I initially thought that I was just not using this application correctly; however, it still didn't match words found in my resume.
- (2023-05-16) Shantha Kumar K: This is helping me with my job search highly! Cuts my time in processing the same using wordcloud plugin.
- (2023-05-12) Anas Wicaksono: the latest version is weird. It only highlight useless keyword
- (2023-04-28) A H: Very helpful! Really expedites how close of a match you are to a job, based on your resume and the posting, and aids in closing gaps - highlighting key words to integrate into your resume to make you a closer match to the posting.
- (2023-04-21) CM McCormick: It used to work kinda okay, but now just selects random useless words on the job description to compare how many time they are included in your resume. What are "useless words"? Those that don't have anything to do with the job responsibilities or requirements, like "written, pricing, vision, li, basic, segment, etc." I had to remove this plugin because it takes up too much space on each webpage for not having any real value.
- (2023-04-15) Arvind Arvi: nice and good to use
- (2023-04-07) Robin Martin: This app is a game changer in your job search. I love how it helps you tailor your resume to better match the particular job you're looking at. Quick and easy to use as well. Love it!

- (2022-12-15) Rajin Ramesh: helps a lot
- (2022-12-09) Ruben Nouel: Really useful tool
- (2022-12-09) Tom Mostert: Super easy to use, specifically for matching meta text between CVs and JDs. Small variations in text can cause inaccuracies though - i.e. it you have entrepreneur in your CV and the JD mentions entrepreneurial, it does not recognize a match. This could be improved.
- (2022-11-26) Edouard Jadot: Good use
- (2022-10-28) Brian Mayers: This extension is fair, but has some flaws. The parsing does not work properly and missed a lot of keywords on my resume. But it still helped me with some words that were not on my resume. I am sure updated have to be coming.
- (2022-10-23) Maria Ochoa Castro: I didn't for on Indeed but it did on LinkedIn and Glassdoor. Not sure if it matters that I'm on a Mac. Over all it does the job. Thanks.
- (2022-10-12) vamsi satyam: loved it
- (2022-01-23) Ahmed Mahmoud: It's pretty bad. Misses a lot of intuitive keywords in job postings, has a lot of false negatives from parsing through your resume, and it just generally...bad. For example, it picked up 'Instagram' as a keyword for a Research Manager position at Meta because it was in the 'About' section of the posting. It's also incapable of discerning between 'strategy' and 'strategies' or 'strategizing' and can't make out acronyms. Definitely not worth your time.
- (2022-01-19) Hervé W: Easily accessible and helpful tool to help identify skills that I have but may have worded differently on my resume.
- (2021-08-26) Abhijeet Sonawane: Useless extension! Stopped working suddenly. Found better option on web store with far better keyword search quality and customer service.
- (2021-08-26) Chris Muehlheim: Jobalytics has been down since 8/24/21. I cannot get it to work. I've deleted and reinstalled the extension along with Chrome to see if that will reset things. So far it hasn't. When it works, Jobalytics is my go-to for key words for my resume. I'm hopeful that this extension will be back on-line and working asap.
- (2021-06-02) Chris de Alemania: a) It can read only one description per open browser window. Meaning, if you want to analyse a second job in a second or third tab, it hangs and shows an empty pop up window only (no match %, all blank). You must close the entire browser and restart every time. b) It does not recognise/highlight all relevant attributes in the description. Barely any, when you compare it with i.e. jobscan.co. It does not highlight/recognise important term combination. It highlights irrelevant words, like application (as in your job application), suggesting it as a relevant term...
- (2021-04-30) Jasmine Kanter: Free, easy, very helpful, simple interface.
