• (2025-01-08) Aaron Windecker: After first leaving a negative review due to continuous loading and login issues, their PM contacted me asked for feedback and tried to understand my issues. In the meantime the loading time and login simplicity improved significantly. The data keeps being the best compared with other tools. 5 stars for a good tool and a great customer service.
• (2024-11-21) Matthew Overfelt: Loading takes forever. If you ever try to pull in contacts from LinkedIn SalesNav into Salesforce, it lags and stops working or it only brings in half of the contacts. Overall trash extention.

• (2024-10-17) Ersan Saribal: Unfortunately this extension disables Ctrl + Down Arrow, which is a hotkey combo many people use to "go to last row with data in it" in Excel or Google Sheets. Same goes with Up Arrow.
• (2024-10-02) Martin Klose: I've been using various ZI extension versions up to 11.9.5 on Vivaldi 6.9, MacOS 15 without a problem. After a system reinstall ZI stopped working. I can log into my ZI account but the extension doesn't run. I can tweak Vivaldi to mimic Chrome or Edge browsers but that doesn't help. Any ideas? 2/10/2024 Fixed by creating new profile in Vivaldi.

• (2024-09-27) Marc Zazeela: Added the new update and the plug in no longer works with Salesforce Sales Navigator. That takes away a lot of the functionality that it used to have.

• (2024-04-02) Gregory Austin: It was working great, really liked it. Then it told me to update. I did and now it doesn't load up at all! Very disappointing. I contacted support via email and they sent me a how to fix it. You have to do all the steps, but it got it working again. Here are the steps for troubleshooting errors with the Extension below, • Uninstall and reinstall the extension via this Chrome Store link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zoominfo-reachout-b2b-con/fofjcndophjadilglgimelemjkjblgpf?hl=en-US • Ensure that you are using the most up to date version of the Google Chrome browser by selecting the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of your Browser, and bottom of the dropdown menu select "Settings". • From the Settings page, please select "About Chrome", you will see at the top of the page if Google Chrome is up to date or updating. • ***Allow all cookies within your settings (third party cookies, as well). Please allow by navigating to 3 dots at the top of Chrome > Settings > Privacy & Security > Third-party cookies > Allow Third-party cookies. • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies for all time. To Clear Cache and Cookies, you should: o On your computer, open Chrome o At the top right, click the three vertical dots. o Click “Settings”, "Privacy & Security" and then “Clear Browsing Data” o At the top of the pop up box, click on "Advanced" o Time Range - Select “All Time” o Select the first four Checkboxes  “Browsing History”  “Download History”  “Cookies and other site data”  "Cached images and files”  Click “Clear data” • Select ctrl+shft+r or cmd+shft+r to do a hard refresh of the page Finally, please log into the ZoomInfo platform first by going to login.zoominfo.com Once you are logged into the platform, then please log into the extension. It should automatically populate.

• (2024-03-21) Jess Robinson: I love ZoomInfo and the extension is great WHEN it wants to work. The problem is that it so often will just go in circles and not accurately work. I'm hopeful when the updates come however, it seems that every update just makes it worse. It will load, just to give a blank screen.
• (2024-02-16) Austen Miller: I had an issue using the extension because they made updates that made it required to enable 3rd party cookies. I am a Brave user and the brove browser blocks 3rd party cookies by default. Ryan Tinkler contacted me and set up a zoom call to troubleshoot, he saw I had brave and had me allow third party cookies and the extension immediately worked. Great customer support. Also, they will be moving away from third party cookie requirements again heading into 2025.
• (2024-02-12) Lauren D’Antoni: I could never get the chrome extension to work with my browser (since Nov 2023). I have followed all the troubleshooting steps and all it does is ask me to verify my identify and then closes out. No error message. It hasn't been a tool that I have been able to successfully use since it was installed months ago. I try to use it all the time, but it never loads. After making this known Ryan from ZI reached out to me and we were able to discover the issue is 3rd Party Cookies! SO if you are like me and value your security/privacy and have this turned off, there is a work around and it can be used as intended. I truly do appreciate Ryan reaching out to me so quickly (less than 20mins after my outreach) which brought my review from a one to a four star. Ryan very much saved the day with his quick reaction to my needs and helping me find a quick and simple workaround. My faith has been restored, thanks to Ryan T.

• (2024-01-10) Bruce Renton: My three main tools I use all day long are Salesforce, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. I rely on the ZoomInfo Chrome extension and have been using it for 3.5 years. Yes, there are days when the extension doesn't respond properly, but that is rare. I also use Grammarly with the Chrome extension and don't have errors. The ZoomInfo Chrome extension saves me time while I am working with my task list in Salesforce so I don't have to switch to ZoomInfo.

• (2023-09-20) Johnny Cole: Not sure what has happened in the past couple of weeks but its not working anymore. Yes I have the latest chrome build and have cleared my cache. (Version 117.0.5938.89) And all the extension does is constantly sit and spin. It WAS a great utility and made research a breeze. So now I am just using the zoominfo website hoping a fix is in the works.

I rearranged my entire day because I had a video call set up with Tyrone Ponce. He CANCELLED one minute before and told me that Andrew Conner would be "taking over my portfolio from here." Andrew called, and I asked him to send me a link so that we could reschedule that video call. He never did. All Zoom Info is doing is asking me for more money. For what? They aren't doing their job. Terrible company.

• (2023-07-24) Izaak Lee: Hi ZoomInfo team, Was having problem loading websites on chrome that started 2 weeks ago, had to troubleshoot with techsupport. They were baffled. Only just then realized it was a extension issue on Chrome, and by process of elimination found out that ZoomInfo ReachOut that was causing pages to perpetual load, even cause the internet speed test (https://www.speedtest.net/) to not function (error description: socket error occurred, A firewall could be blocking the connection). Disabled this extension and now everything is fine and running super fast. To say it was frustrating 2 weeks is an understatement.
