The key to becoming a Guru in Gurushots is to get you pictures noticed and voted on. Boosting is the key to achieving that. The Boost is only open for a 24 hour window and you never know when that will happen. If you miss the boost, you have to use a key to unlock it. It cost's $2.99 to buy one key.

I'm sorry but this is a really bad app. I've used it for a few months and there is no real advantage. Here's why. 1. The free boosts are always early in a challenge when no one is voting. So you get very little reward. 2. You do not have to pay for keys. Play enough and you get them for free. 3. Every time you open Chrome it flicks in and out of Gurushots and interrupts what you are trying to do. There are no short cuts. Submit good images and learn how to play the game.
