It Doesn't Work :( I was doing work and i wanted to highlight something .. but it was not working....
Doesn't highlight all the words I typed, even when comma separated, with or without spaces. It has the right idea, but fails to the point of uselessness. Needs continual refreshing to catch selected words, and does not support color differentiation.

It's not automatic and freezes my browser.
On the whole internet only this addon can do such obvious and simple task: find & highlight words on the current page. Standard Ctrl+F search is useless because we need to repeat it again and again for every next page

The extension couldn't handle my 300+ keywords, basically I cannot open any web pages after I installed this. But "Multi-highlight" is fine.

Sometimes it doesn't work if you don't capitalize the first letter of the term(s) your looking for. Otherwise it does what it claims!

It's not AUTOMATIC... I have to press the highlighter icon on each page for it to work. I'd like an option to highlight immediately after a page loads. I'm primarily using this with GMail, so I can quickly find the keywords that are the most important to me. I'm not suspecting that the extension doesn't highlight AJAX-type updates to the page. Is that something that can be added?
Use this every day to highlight text and numbers in a web-based app. Very useful.
