• (2023-09-18) Roberto Popolizio: It would be a great tool if it worked, and if the support actually bothered to answer my emails. I speint hours entering all the data from my previous emails, and now the tool has disappeared from my Gmail, so all the work I have done is lost. Thanks for wasting me time and money.
• (2021-09-12) Thierry Laval: Présenté comme un rajout a Gmail, il sagit juste d'un plugin pour le navigateur de Google. Donc obligé pour le moment d'utiliser Chrome... Encore une fois Plugin en anglais et donc inutilisable pour une entreprise française. Ok Je comprend que ce soit fait pour le monde Anglophone mais inutile de le proposer sur le marché français en l'état. C'est bien dommage. Je teste et j'éfface. A plus tard pour une version francisée. merci dans tous les cas pour le travail et effort réalisé.

• (2020-08-03) Your Brain On Facts: Saves me from myself. No more copy-paste errors in my mass mailings (e.g. using the last person's name when addressing the new person), or having to read through threads to figure out the status of the situation. Schedulable emails have made a demonstrable impact, too. The team behind it is responsive with support and open to suggestions.
• (2020-04-13) Pigeon is a fantastic add-on for your GSuite. It immediately enable you to manage your contacts directly from your email without any other CRM tools. Interesting features are implemented every week. Also, the support team is terrific. Highly recommended!
• (2020-04-11) Andrew Kamphey: I've been enjoying the heck out of using Pigeon. It's truly all the stuff I need in a CRM. Just sit in gmail, where I work all the time already. And do the things I need it to do when I need it to do them. Let me tell you about one feature. A) that I asked for and B) Pat put in. For a couple years the only email program that had this feature was Mailshake. What it was was that you could send a list of 100 or 200 or whatever amount of emails.. but separate them by a certain amount of time each. So you didn't have to batch them, even though your work was batched. This feature alone is worth dozens of dollars a month. Why? Because I can send truly targeted emails and not have to deal with the logistics of replying to 100 or 200 or more a day. I can interact with people across a week instead of picking a single day. And spam. oh man, there's so many deliverability issues with sending even 20 or 30 emails within 5 minutes. So Instead I send 1 email an hour. That's 24 a day. I can get through 100 or more in a week. And then space out the replies and follow ups. It's magical. I do a bunch of work up front, then pigeon goes and does more for me than I ever can do.
• (2020-04-11) Absolutely essential if you want to boost your productivity inside Gmail, get replies and close deals, if that's what you need. I've been doing outreach successfully with it for months, and Pat is working hard to add more features and improve it constantly.

Before I started using Pigeon all the communication with my interviewees was done manually and I couldn’t keep up with my workload. Now everything is automated. I schedule email sequences and forget about them. Pigeon has saved me a huge amount of time. And Pat is brilliant. If you need any help, he is there for you in a matter of minutes.

• (2020-04-01) Andrew Thomas: Pigeon has saved me so much time over several projects now - automating follow ups has saved me copying and pasting email after email and changing the name / company. I know there are other apps out there which do similar but this is the best I have tried by far. Others try to do too much so it can get quite complex. The Pigeon interface is really intuitive but if you ever have any issues, Pat is always on hand to answer questions - he solved my last query in 3 minutes!
• (2020-01-30) Karl Sutt: I'll be honest — I was a little hesitant to try out Pigeon at first, because the idea of having a Chrome extension "taking over" my Gmail inbox seemed a bit.. scary. But after chatting to Pat and finally trying Pigeon out, I must admit that my fears were unwarranted — Pigeon is absolutely amazing for general outreach, cold sales (with sequences) and even staying on top of non-essential ongoing conversations (using reminders). I mostly use Pigeon for cold sales/outreach and it certainly excels at that. Sequences are very easy to configure and set up, and using Saved Views I can do cold outreach in batches, with follow-ups, with personalisation, with reminders — literally in three clicks. On top of that, Pat keeps adding new features regularly, so Pigeon just keeps getting better and better. For solo entrepreneurs and small teams, I'm not sure what else you could use that's better for the money.
• (2019-12-28) Bulk Hackers: Pigeon is fantastic. It's such a great tool that really speeds up our workflow. We are using it everyday to do outreach and to stay on top of emails, follow-ups, etc. It's much better than trying to keep up with things in a spreadsheet. Respect to Pat for building such an awesome tool!
• (2019-12-12) Darjan Hren: I've tried many CRM and outreach services, but none of them really clicked for me until I tried Pigeon. Pigeon doesn't separate those processes and I don't need to run 2 services separately and worry about integrations. It's powerful and simple at the same time, features are added and improved constantly, it's fast and I love the smart personalisation options I can do with the Google docs and dropdown fields. It doesn't just save my time, the quality of my outreach emails went up as well. The whole Pigeon experience just feels natural.

My productivity has increased greatly since Pigeon can automate a lot of my email follow-up. I've used it for interviews, round-up articles, and guest posting opportunities now and it has all the features you need for any outreach campaign you might need.

After trying Pigeon I realize that it is, most certainly, the most efficient and cost effective solution for automating most of our work. We are now able to do 10X outreach compared to our manual system. And the support is the best I have ever received. Pigeon is a game changer!

• (2019-09-02) Nathan Grieve: Pigeon speeds up Gmail workflow - I use it to get interviews for my website and will also be using it for guest posts shortly. Storing pre-written responses and being able to generate new google docs from a template within the gmail window is incredibly useful and massively increases efficiency for outreach and content generation. Being able to send replies to emails instead of just sending new emails is a plus. Pat is on hand to help with queries and always sends a detailed answer.

As the site has grown lately, I've been thinking about hiring someone so as to take care of all the contacting and following-up stuff. However, I then found Pigeon and decided to keep doing it on my own. Pigeon has saved me a lot of hours & money. All the process is now automated, allowing me reduce a lot the amount of hours I take to publish one article or interview. On the side, Pat is building a lot of features every weeks and provides all users with a really quick support.

Pigeon allows one person to be able to manage what it would take an editorial team to complete using old school spreadsheets. I use it to help schedule interviews and automatically follow up with guests on my website. Instead of hiring a new full-time staff member to complete type of work, I got this plugin. Enormous cost savings and easier to manage!
• (2019-06-26) Niall Doherty: I'm an early user of Pigeon and I love what Pat is creating here. Pigeon has already saved me a ton of time and I'm seeing great results from it. Just this morning I have a reply in my inbox from someone I've been pitching for an interview. Pigeon followed up with them twice automatically over a two-week period and they responded to the second follow-up. I love knowing that Pigeon takes care of that without me having to think about it. I'm going to be expanding my use of Pigeon soon and hiring an assistant to run it for me. I imagine if I had an assistant doing all the outreach and follow-ups manually, it would take them 20 hours per week, but with Pigeon speeding up their workflow and handling lots of stuff automatically, I'll probably only need an assistant for ~5 hours per week. Lastly, I really appreciate the time and effort Pat puts into improving the product. Whenever I email him with a question or request he's quick to respond and will often have a new feature I requested added within a few hours.
