Rotate webpages 90, 180 or 270 degrees. Turn your screen without turning your computer! Note: Right after installing, refresh any open pages to enable the screen rotation.
Introducing ReadInBed, the Chrome extension that allows you to orient your screen the way you want! With a simple click of a button, quickly rotate your screen in any direction for your viewing pleasure.
This extension adds a button to your chrome browser that, when clicked, will rotate the screen in the preset direction. Go to the Options page (right click the icon and select “Options”) to change the direction to rotate to when the button is clicked. Alternatively, easily switch between screen orientations by pressing Shift+Ctrl+[Arrow Key].

the idea is great: press shift + ctrl + arrow-key to switch orientation. the execution is flawed: rotating 90° with right-arrow works, but rotating back with up-arrow cuts off the bottom of the page. you have to reload to fix it you have to uncheck "enabled" in options, or reloading will auto-rotate 90° again.
Needs an option to make the rotation apply to 1 tab only, and I don't like having to refresh the page to apply the rotation. I will update my rating if/when these issues are fixed (please notify me in that case).
It works! thanks! For those who cant still use this extension, right-click the extension first and choose the orientation you like. Just like explained in the overview.

Tried this on a 2020 MacBook Air M1. It does rotate but renders less than half the page making the whole extension useless.

Works illogically and makes scrolling harder, won't even show you the full page if you use the scroll bars. Useless!

it works but video return to normal when i go fullscreen. it doesn't rotate video

Oh no Dan you forgot to mention that this extension ain't for people without brains... Folks, you need to first click on the extension options, then select your preference, and then load the webpage you need rotated. Put some brain. Great extension, helps the 'lazy me' too 😂

Works as advertised. People don't know how to use this extension. You need to go into options and then select the orientation you want and check the little box that says :enabled: Works as advertised.

Not working on Chrome 42.0 running on Linux: the addon installs OK, seems to run, shows button near address bar, options screen opens etc, but pressing the keyboard combo doesn't change the screen orientation.

can't scroll with wheel, arrows, or the page up and down buttons...

Not helpful for my windows device, 15 inches. Page was only partially visible after rotating and you cannot scroll across width.

This is the only one I could find that worked on a Mac. It should make clearer that you have to refresh the page to initially start the screen rotation though.
