Adds an “mvn” omnibox command for the Maven Central.

The search uses Maven Central API and behaves exactly the same as the website search in terms of results. The API does the search using group and artifact IDs.
Supports Chrome tab shortcuts for focused items out of the box:
• ⏎ — uses the current tab;
• ⌘⏎ — opens a new unfocused tab;
• ⇧⌘⏎ — opens a new focused tab.
The extension is not an official Sonatype product.
