- Can't understand that every now and then I have to give the authorization code again, then it says it is invalid, have to uninstall and install extension again to make it work.

- Okay, when it works, but every now and then it does not show the icon in the login input fields and give the option to click the correct password to the inputs. Have to do everything manually by copying them from the app.

- You're getting bad reviews because people aren't finding the "autofill" function authorizationcode for the extension, as you've labeled that thing the same as the device connections "authorizationcode". I was trying the wrong thing, even if the instructions were pretty clear were to find "the right code". Maybe add a visual example of what the code looks like in the instructions, and you'll fix this issue.

- I simply cannot get the application to work. When following the instructions to add the extension, I get the message that the Password Manager is already installed and I have no means of proceeding. :(

- I have to give this a one star review simply because I am unable to get the application working. The authorization code given to me by the desktop software doesn't seem to work and the web app tells me it is invalid.

- Milloin kysyy valtuutuskoodia?? Maksullisen ohjelman olettaisi toimivan helpommin. Fsecuren logo näkyy salasanan kohdalla mutta lukee laajennnusta ei ole asennettu vaikka se on asennettu

- On me demande très régulièrement de réinstaller l'extension "Password Manager by F-Secure" alors qu'elle l'est déjà. Comment résoudre ce problème ? Merci d'avance

- ei toimi chromebookissa..eikä kyllä muissakaan automaattinen täyttö bugittaa. eivoi pikanäppäimillä avata holvia.. vaikka asetuksiin lisännyt holvin sulkeutumiseksi 10 tuntia niin joka kerta joutuu sen silti laittamaan. saisko pikaista korjaamista?

- Pyytää lisäämään valtuutuskoodin viikoittain. Käytössäni on Chromium-Edge, minkä ei pitäisi vaikuttaa asiaan.

- Toimi aikaisemmin hyvin, mutta viimeisen päivityksen jälkeen ei täytä mitään käyttäjätunnus/salasana kenttiä, vaikka kaikki asetukset on kunnossa. 16.3.2021 Tilanne ei ole parantunut 3 vuodessa laisinkaan. Saattaisi jopa toimia, jos sen saisi ensin toimimaan. Tuki ei auta, vaikka lupaa. Eli help yourself keissi. F-secure Total 5 laitteelle 99,90€ vuodessa, ihan perusk(a)uraa. No ensi vuonna olen vähän viisaampi ja valitsen paremmin.

- Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Manager, den Vodafone im Sicherheitspaket von F-Secure bereitstellt. Also auch den Desktopbereich. Ich nutze seit Jahren Lastpass. Der funktioniert sehr gut und zuverlässig. Allerdings kostet der ein bisschen. Daher war ich angenehm überrascht, als mir der F-Secure Key von Vodafone angeboten wurde. Ich habe ihn also gleich installiert, als Desktop, in Firefox und in Chrome. Das geht ein bisschen hakelig, die Aktivierung ist sicher, aber umständlich. Wenn man sie nur einmal machen muss, ist das ok. Auch der Import der Passwortliste aus Lastpass geht schnell und einfach. Ebenso das Synhronisierung zwischen zwei Rechnern. Alles prima... auch die Oberfläche ist einfach und funktionell. Dann kommt der Ernstfall, Einloggen in einer Webseite. Erstes Stirnrunzeln... Es ist eine Aktion verlangt, um die Felder zu füllen Strg-alt-v. Mache das einmal beim Tablet-PC... Also auf das Symbol getippt. Es kommt eine Liste mit Vorschlägen. Man wählt einen aus und ist eingeloggt. Soweit, so gut... Nein, doch nicht!...Bei der Hälfte der getesteten Seiten kommt kein Vorschlag, obwohl die Seite eingespeichert ist. Warum es nicht geht, ich kann keine Ursache entdecken. Also lösche ich die betreffenden Einträge, um sie neu einzupflegen. Überraschung... was jeder andere PW-Manager kann... F-Secure Key bietet keine automatische Registrierung/Übernahme beim Einloggen in neue Seiten! Das war der letzte Tropfen, der zur Deinstallation führte. So gut das Sicherheitspaket von F-Secure sonst ist, so mies ist der Key-Manager.

- Toimii kivasti. Aiemmin ongelmana oli se, että plugarin disabloinnin jälkeen uudelleenaktivointi ei toiminut, vaan koko plugin piti poistaa + uudelleenasentaa koska autorisointi F-Secure Key -sovelluksen kanssa meni mahdottomaksi. Nyt tämä näyttää korjaantuneen. Risuja tulee siitä, että tukisivustotoiminto on omasta mielestäni jokseenkin kömpelö.

- من نمیدونم چرا عده ای به این برنامه امتیاز پایین داده اند! حالا درسته که شرکت اف-سکیور کاربران ایرانی رو تحریم کرده, اما این دلیل نمیشه که از قابلیت های برنامه هاش بخوایم براحتی بگذریم. درهرصورت, نرم افزار پسورد منیجر اش که همه قابلیت های یک پسورد منیجر خوبو در خودش داره. مخصوصا هم اینکه, نسخه رایگانش هیچ محدودیتی از نظر ذخیره سازی تعداد پسوردها نداره و خیلی از مزایای دیگه ای که در کنارش داره. من نسخه ویندوز اش رو برای دوستان عزیز پیشنهاد میکنم.

- Dernière mise à jour en novembre de l'année passée, et depuis le renseignement automatique ne fonctionne plus sous Chrome, à part manuellement avec CTRl+F2 (mais pour ça, pas besoin de l'extension). Vraiment dommage.

- Used for years, have 137 current passwords so NEED a program like KEY and never had a problem. SYNC feature is great as I only need to make a change on the device I am using and I know that all my other devices will update automatically. I particularly like the feature allowing you to see a history of passwords when any have been changed. I don't know any other software which offers this.

- Ennen toimi hyvin mutta 10.4.2018 tuli päivitys ja lopetti toimimisen Crome / Windows10 64. Versio 4.8.110 PREMIUM "F-Secure KEY ei ole käynnissä tai automaattista täyttöä ei ole otettu käyttöön selaimessa. Käynnistä KEY tai ota selaimen automaattinen täyttö käyttöön KEY-asetuksissa." Mikään temppu ei auta että KEY-laajennus olisi Cromessa käytössä. Eli kaivettava kuten ennen paperilta salasanat....

- Toiminut taas vähän aikaa ongelmitta mutta nyt ei toimi ollenkaan, onko kenties joku susi päivitys tullut?Koittakaahan päivittää kuntoon.Onko kellään tietoa saako tähän asennettua takaisin vanhempaa päivitystä vai asenteleeko tämä aina vain uutta automaattisesti ettei ole paluuta vanhempaan versioon?

- Funny story: saw Harry Sintonen at Disobey 2017, and noticed that even F-Secure employees don't use KEY. At least Microsoft employees begrudgingly use Bing while in public :D
