• (2023-12-23) Steven (Estifanos) Baissa: I like that it makes shopping easy by clearly capturing where you get what type of points and easily tracks it to your RR account - I have however had problems with some of my shopping not be tracked properly so it make me anxious as I do not see the points reflected on my RR account nor on the history which leads me to believe the activation has to be checked every single time before a purchase is made. If you can improve the tracking for all purchases tied to a RR Visa card automatically, then this would be amazing. I am currently awaiting the crediting of bonus points tied to my shopping on the motley fool
• (2023-12-19) Justin Zinser: Southwest RR chose not to honor the 5x points on a site where we purchased $2800 worth of items. The extension auto-logged us out and then rather than honor the 14,000 earned points, Southwest gives a windy excuse about how it's not their fault, it wasn't intentional, but they still can't honor it because the vendor didn't pay them their commission on our sale. Untrustworthy.

Need to be able to see that any time. Same with the activated status - customers need an at-a-glance proof of activation status before making a purchase. Even better, an indication of the points coming for the purchase right before hitting the final checkout button. BTW, I'm not a frequent user of RR Shopping, so some of this might be already there and I've not yet found out how to navigate to it....

• (2023-06-29) John G: I have used this extension for years, but have noticed that it causes a delay when searching at Google (on Chrome for Windows). When typing into the search box at Google, I will sometimes suddenly have a delay where I cannot type (and then it catches up after a few seconds). Today, I finally took the time to go through my extensions to track down the problem -- and discovered that this extension was the one causing the issue. It is very repeatable. I can disable the extension and Google search always works fine. I enable it and the first search might work, but then future searches will have a pause when I cannot type into the search box. Note that this is even BEFORE I search. So, at that point, the extension isn't having to process output to see if sites participate yet. This is simply as I'm typing into the search box itself.

• (2023-05-29) Guyla Gregory: I like it, but I didn't give it 5 stars because sometimes the button does not work. You sign into and you shop and then you don't see your points. I don't know what happens. Then it tells you that you get 3points/$1 and you end up getting 1 point for every dollar. I can't even tell how you contact anyone from the button.
