• (2024-10-05) Adam Dear: I like the idea of this extension, and have been able to accumulate points with it. However, I'm rating 2 starts because of a couple issues with the extension that range from annoying to infuriating. The chief annoying thing is it constantly popping up on pages that I'm browsing even after I've dismissed it. sometimes I just want to look around and don't want to have it constantly opening up the popup. The infuriating thing is that it actually breaks some sites that it should work on. I've encountered it on a few different sites, but the main one is Adorama. When this extension is enabled, and I visit a product page on their site, the extension causes the entire content area of the site to disappear. When the page loads I will see the product info I'm looking for, but once the extension does its thing and recognizes that it should apply to the page, whatever it does in activating itself causes the content area of the page to fade out. It hasn't always done this, but has been going on for a few months now. I'm a photographer and frequent the adorama site. I've disabled the extension because of this issue.

The burden becomes yours and it's not always easy to provide the necessary order info so far after the fact since you cannot inquire and submit for at least 30 days from purchase. Also, there is no option to speak to anyone in customer service for help about it.

• (2024-04-14) Angela: I am giving this 3 stars due to ongoing issues with using the Rapid Rewards Shopping button and not being credited my points. This continues to be an issue, despite submitting missing points and only being credited the missing points some of the time. When I make a purchase, I always make sure to have my Rapid Rewards button activated throughout the purchase. At the end of the purchase, I get the Rapid Rewards Shopping pop up saying, "Congratulations, you earned xxx points." However, these points never get credited to my account. If I go to my account, it indeed shows that I visited the vendor, but the points are not credited. When the button works, it works great, but when it doesn't (which is, lately, the majority of the time), I get cheated out of points. I could have chosen to use Capital One Shopping extension or Honey, and received their discounts/points, but chose to use Rapid Rewards, to my loss. Since late December, I have now had approximately $1300 worth of purchase points go missing from my Rapid Rewards account. I am sorely disappointed and wish that Rapid Rewards customer service was more helpful in addressing this issue, particularly when I submit missing points WITH the order confirmation. Further, when I address the issue with RR, I get a long laundry list of what *I* am potentially doing wrong, instead of them admitting the issue is on their or the vendor's end. I verify that I am signed in throughout my shopping, I turn off VPN, I make sure cookies are activated, I do not use coupon codes from external sites. My review stars may go up or down, depending on how Rapid Rewards chooses to handle this most recent points issue.

• (2023-12-23) Steven (Estifanos) Baissa: I like that it makes shopping easy by clearly capturing where you get what type of points and easily tracks it to your RR account - I have however had problems with some of my shopping not be tracked properly so it make me anxious as I do not see the points reflected on my RR account nor on the history which leads me to believe the activation has to be checked every single time before a purchase is made. If you can improve the tracking for all purchases tied to a RR Visa card automatically, then this would be amazing. I am currently awaiting the crediting of bonus points tied to my shopping on the motley fool

• (2023-12-09) Brian Gustin: I recently found out I *never* get the points automatically. After using it all year, activating it and waiting for it to slowly load - being preoccupied that "wait did I switch browser tabs, better activate it again and start over so I get credit" .... I log in to my account and see I had 0 transactions this year - lots of shop visits but never the points. I'm going back through and submitting for the ones I still have the receipts, but boy does this feel like a scam. I don't use a VPN or firewall, or affiliate links, I am doing this on Chrome on my desktop or laptop. I get the Congratulations pop up when I'm done shopping... nothing.

When it does work, it's really convenient to not have to remember to go through the portal itself - and even sites I didn't know it applied to, I could theoretically get points from. However... I've been using this for some time now, and while it shows many websites that it -should- apply to, the popup that appear doesn't want to work half (and steadily more often) of the time. I'll hit the "Activate ## Points" and it'll do the bar as if it's loading... then just reset back to the activate button, and I don't get my points. If they can fix whatever is going on with that, it'd be great.
