- Really useful tool, it allows you to create macros that ease the burden of admin or data entry, you can even create whole templates on there that can be entered with a command of your choice, and include automations such as automatically entering the current date. The team are also responsive about fixing bugs, I found an annoying bug with the sound that plays when you successfully enter a snippet, where even when the volume is turned to 0 it would still interrupt any other audio that was playing with a second of silence (as though a silent sound was interrupting the audio stream) and they got this fixed very promptly, making it much easier to use when listening to music whilst doing my admin work.

- This is a very powerful application and goes way beyond just dot-phrase text shortcuts. It can click the screen, build prompts with your own lists, defaults in the list, if-then logic, it can scrape the screen, even save all the input to a CSV behind the scenes from all the inputs. Our whole team uses it for every day things as well as complicated things to give us a head start on, then tweak for each individual situation. They are very responsive, inexpensive, and have been a great company to work with!
