Resolves an issue with downloading CRM files from Chrome.

Chrome has updated the way the it's download process happens for CRM On-Premise Users.
This means that files are currently being downloaded with an apostrophe ‘ character surrounding the files.
If a CRM User downloads a file called Example.xls what actually happens is the file is downloaded as ‘Example.xls’ which causes the file to be unknown. There is no problem with the file itself.
This Extension removes those characters and allows the user to download the files correctly.
