Omnibox Timer FIX

EXPERIMENTAL features only, might not be stable. I welcome your fixes and issues (suggestions) on the github link below (called Website).

I have to mention another active timer project called: Omnibox Timer Again, please do test it. Developpers need some praise and encouraging fans in order to be motivated.
