We have two kinds of information that you can add onto your knowledge base -- Pages and Responses. Pages are the backbone of every company's knowledge repository. Pages are where you put important company information that you can easily share with other colleagues. Pages contain “what’s to know” about your company and its processes like sales playbooks or internal customer support guides. Aside from being a source of company knowledge, you can also use Pages as your very own personal drive for company-related information and output. That way, you can keep things private until you’re ready to share them with others. On the other hand, we took Responses from our old product Tray Canned Responses and gave it a completely new look. It’s the part of Klutch that lets you create and share canned replies with colleagues and teams. Instead of different members of your team using different responses in customer communication, now they will all have access to the same ones. The ability to quickly copy responses will definitely save you and your team hours and hours of manual email writing and typing work, especially for sales and customer support teams that tend to send out several emails of the same kind during the day. We made Klutch with the desire to help teams (both remote and non-remote) retain company knowledge and use it in customer communication. We know how difficult it is to store so much important information across multiple drives and websites and how we can easily lose track of where we save or store files, so we created an app that combines both a company wiki and a canned response app in order to help teams save time and effort. Speaking of saving time, Klutch has dozens of ready-made templates that can help you build out your knowledge base. Or you can create your own. So when you find yourself repeatedly creating the same pages again and again, just make a template for the whole company to use. If templates aren’t your thing because you already have files and documents that simply need importing, Klutch has an import tool that lets you upload existing files and documents to your knowledge base. (2023-04-28) Jeremy Yocum: I have to amend my previous review because this extension experiences MANY MANY hiccups, and is no longer reliable. I used Klutch for almost two years with only one or two issues, then THREE TIMES this week their servers have gone down, three days in a row. The company's tech help hours are in the time zone UTC-2, and the server keeps breaking suspiciously immediately after their hours end. I had come to rely on Klutch.com, but since their service has become unreliable I really can no longer use it. I cannot make a tool the center of my work process only for it to become completely unavailable, making it impossible for me to work. I have to find another solution, because Klutch can't be relied on.
(2023-04-27) Robert Johnson: HUGE time saver and simple to use! I also use Klutch responses to store a few special characters that I use frequently and cannot access using ASCII codes - I can get to these characters in two clicks using Klutch.

Hey, the Edge extension is limiting the number of characters for the title. Can you increase the limit, so we don't have to go to the main website editor to do small fixes? Another feature that I would like to see is the responses with variables. I work answering 20+ stores and I with I could set variables on the text like the banner name, or the store number. Something like that: "Hello {store_num}, ...", and right after clicking to add the response a pop-up would appear asking for the store number to fill the variable in the comment. Just a thought... A good feature. Thanks again!!

Make sure to keep backups as it seems they prioritize datamining for your company details by forcing buggy updates over the user experience and continuity.

I am in some niche groups that require the same response to the same repeated questions all the time. I just save my best answers and then can go and grab my clever responses and pop them into the thread.

Had some trouble upgrading my account on my Mac, but co-founder Tomer A. helped me sort it out with ease. Looking forward to the Teams version when it becomes available!

I use it everywhere, just right click JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE and you have your quick replies available!!!! Most impressive is support!!! I wrote them an email and they replied quicker than most other services reply by instant message!!!! Thanks, was really worth the price!!

I wondered if there was an extension for Chrome that would allow me to handle canned responses, I tried several tools, but Tray Canned Responses was the most comprehensive I found: it has a beautiful rich text editor, you can organize your answers by categories, has keyboard shortcuts, and works in Gmail. And by paying a small annual fee, you can enhance the extension by adding a search engine, filters and unlimited responses. This is the extension I recommend to my colleagues and would recommend to anyone who needs such a solution.

If you are using an app that doesn't allow that function, just grab it from the extension and whala, copy and paste with a few clicks! Super excited about having this. The price is right. Oh and the customer server is GREAT!! Thanks to all of you on the Tray Team! I appreciate your quick reply and your quick resolution. I love this extension!!!
