Woo! This extension is great. It works just as expected, and really helps when looking at diffs in emails. My one complaint (and it's a small one) is that the extension does not automatically auto-inject content scripts when the extension is installed. This happens automatically in Firefox, but not in Chrome (I know this because I had to implement a workaround a while back in an extension I maintain). So if anyone complains about the extension not working, that's why. Just refresh the page.
