When I seeked support none of the phone calls have been returned and I received an email saying that they "do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees."

I just have to plug in a job description or resume and it will pull out all the necessary keywords as well as suggest similar topic/industry keywords to find the correct individual. Also, Hiretual's interface is clean and easy-to-use and is a perfect complement to my recruiting/sourcing activities.

It's everything LinkedIn Recruiter couldn't be, and so much more! I LOVE THIS TOOL. The new features completely blew me away, and if I have a question their live-chat comes to the rescue every single time (definitely something LIR can't do). The built in searches, the functionality on Facebook, Github, and LinkedIn make this tool a no brainer. The development team gets it. They listen to the community and have fantastic customer service. This really should be 6 stars.
