I Fixed The Issue, Extension is Working Again Using Microsoft Bing Translate API :D
Announcement: The extension stopped working since Dec-1st, and that because Google Translate API is no long free :(, I am working on changing the API to use Microsoft Bing API, its the only free API, and very good.

Important: Upgrading the translator to v5.0.1 causes a problem with translation, to solve the problem uninstall the translator, and re-install it again.
Limitations:
1- This extension does not work on Google Chrome webstore site.
The extension does not work on this page.(This limitation from Google)
2- You must refresh every page after installing this extension,
or better to restart the browser after installing the extension.
How it works?
All you need to do is to:
(1 Click) highlight the text you want to translate. and 1 click on the selected text to see a popup with the translation to first language.
(1 Click + ALT-KEY) highlight the text you want to translate. and 1 click on the selected text while you hold "ALT KEY" to see a popup with the translation to second language.
First language and second language can be changed from Settings.
to hide the translation popup, 1 click on any empty area.
Hint: There is no icon for the application, see the video to know how to use it

The extension can be very good and easy to use, however, when translating to a language like Persian ( probably for the other right to left languages too) if there are numbers in the text or if there are letters that should not be translated, then the output text is not in the correct and readable order which makes the result almost useless. And it was cool using it until one day it stopped working and I couldn't understand why. I removed all other extensions, I cleaned up caches and s**t, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, but nothing.
