- Excellent software that makes my day-to-day work more efficient and more organized. Ultimately, a better experience for my customers.
- Gabriel Wilburn
- This was a Five Star Extension, however now the Agentforce Widget (Which is useful) blocks the ability to log emails or calls. It covers the submit button and you are not allow to move it to another location or remove the widget.
- Bobbi Love
- I love the integration, but it never stays connected. I constantly have to "give permission" for them to connect, very frustrating when attaching several things to clients' business service accounts.
- Lindsey Garcia
- I like the concept, but I frequently have to uninstall and reinstall, manually search for account names, etc. Often, it feels like this extension adds a lot of time to my email process.
- Joe Diz
- It has its moments where you need to restart, refresh, or log back in. Hasn't been an issue in about a week or two. But even with that 5 stars, super convenient to log your emails with. Considering the alternative of manually going back to salesforce and saving all these emails like that, I'll deal with the glitches. 5 Stars all the way, do not remove this extension.
- Mike Vinciquerra
- Overall, a very helpful addition to my account records and upkeep. Allows easy recording of communications with our donors and partners so that I can 'instituionalize' those records for other staff or future staff in my position.
- Chris Martin
- Works great keeping my activity logged properly and saves me lots of time especially when sharing schedule times for meeting involving multiple internal resources.
- Robin Halladay Claydon
- This works great! Saving all the emails to our contacts keeps everyone informed as to what is going on.
- Marc Rosenberg
- Pretty darn good and getting better.
- George Norek
- Big fan
- Ken Cavallon
- Better than expected. Long time user, first time caller. Love Salesforce!
- Amaury Arzate
- Works pretty good! I would like to aut lock the mails in the correct oppty, can we do that?
- Sam Reed
- I get URL no longer exists when trying to connect via Outlook web. Outlook desktop works fine though.
- Justin Cotton
- Salesforce is awesome!!!
- Marilou Grenier
- You really messed up with version 2.256.8 The plugin was working well, why did you break it? I can no longer get to my lead or account page easily. It keeps asking me to log emails (which doesn't make any sense since they are all logged automatically). Please fix it! It was working fine before.
- Susan Collins
- I love that I can connect Salesforce and work email to save emails to a students account, but it is constantly logging me out and sometimes will not work when I am logged in to a delegated account.
- Sheri Cole
- Most recent version keeps having to sign in and reconnect with SF which makes using it really annoying!
- Melody Echalico
- Just kept on being disconnected every few days so I have to always refresh the set up. Otherwise, it is great when working properly
- Tilly Pick
- I love the integration overall for very many reasons. I just wish that it would not break on a regular basis, and me and/or our SF admin have to update the configuration to put it back together.
- Beena Jacob
- You need to reconnect every time you log in at least once a day - which is quite frustrating. There are also recurring Gmail integration issues, causing many emails not to be logged properly.
- Kris Reiber
- Being able to quickly and easily tag my alumni profiles is indispensable. This is a fantastic extension that has greatly simplified tracking my fundraising outreach. However, it is frustrating that I need to approve the connection between Salesforce and Gmail each day. If it was once a month or once per week, it needed to be reconfirmed for security purposes, I'd bump it up to 5 stars for sure.
- Colin Dempsey
- I absolutely love the Gmail integration that Salesforce offers! I have found that it allows me to streamline and become more efficient.
- Aimee Syverson
- Love it. Works great!
- Shane Bernard
- The new update that was released a few months ago has seriously hampered my experience with this plug in. It logs out everyday and I have to go through the process of giving Salesforce permission to access my gmail account everyday. It's very tedious and hoping it gets resolved soon.
- Trevor Davis
- This is nice, though if I want to emails to be added to something other than the account, I have to type it in, such as onboarding.
- Jeff Nelson
- I mean I like it and I'm not having any problems with it so far. Is that a problem?
- Gwendolyn Buchanan
- When it works it's really convenient. Unfortunately, it works inconsistently, and it slows Gmail down quite a bit, especially in longer threads.
- Monty Lambie
- This is a great tool to tag emails/calendar appointments to my projects and opportunities. Simple to use and has great features! I highly recommend!
- Ben Olender
- Constant issues with salesforce gmail integration- identifying incorrect email addresses with un associated accounts. Always needing to reauthenticate. Overall many issues and using the extension requires constant coaxing to work well. Sales force support for these issues seems to be nonexistent. We have had to stop checking emails sent as a KPI as the extension can not reliably track and record email communication. 2/10 PLEASE FIX YOUR EXTENSION!
- Jessie Diebert
- It's an essential add-on for my team. However, it's constantly requiring that I authenticate with Salesforce. It never used to do this and only recently started. It's minor but annoying. The new extension also does not work if you are using the Gmail app versus the Website. And to be fair I don't see any difference between them other than the placement of the extension in the side panel.
- Anil Kotame
- its a grate platform for email integration and work nicely
- Brandon Religa
- If you use your inbox to intake new leads, this is perfect and so easy to create accounts, contacts, and opportunities!
- Taylor Catalon
- "URL No Longer Exists". Uninstall, re-install. I will continually get this pop up. Cherry on top: it also says, "If you reached this page through a link on our site, please report the broken link directly to our Support Team and we will fix it promptly." The link also doesn't work.
- Kati Myllyniemi
- Easy way to keep my opportunities updated. I need to use the small icon on the extensions to keep it working. Helps me on my reporting and account updates.
- Vrushab Simha
- Easy to use and access
- Holly Barnhart
- This does not work!!!!!! Fix it!
- Valeria Gonzalez
- It generally works well. Sometimes it doesn't work even if you restart the browser.
- Stephen Whelpton
- It has a ton of glitches and bugs but it works ok like 60% of the time
- Brad Elrod
- Easy and good. That's all we ask!
- Alejandro Francisco Verduzco
- Great way to keep the opportunities updated!!!
- Brandon Zupancic
- The Salesforce Chrome / Gmail extension used to work. I have had it installed an used it for a couple of years without any problems. For the past several weeks, however, there is an annoying bug. When you try to log an email in Salesforce, the Salesforce pane on the right of the Gmail window pops up an error saying that in order to log the email, Salesforce needs access to your Gmail account. Despite having repeatedly gone through this setup, the Salesforce integration will work for a day or two, sometimes three, and then it will break and once again, the Salesforce pane will say that it needs to have access to your Gmail account. I have removed the Salesforce extension, cleared cache, etc, and reinstalled the Salesforce extension. It will work for a day, or two, or sometimes three, and then the bug resurfaces.
- Almudena Jardón
- love it
- Gui Nakamura
- Works great most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't connect to the servers and Chrome doesn't recognize the extension. It comes back eventually, but sometimes it's frustrating because I need to use the extension on the spot and it's unavailable.
- Monica Bosutar
- Great integration with Gmail. Quick and simple.
- Bethany Rubin Henderson
- excellent in concept and when it works. a glitch makes the integration frequently disconnect and have to be reconnected
- Joe Vallone
- Outstanding Chrome Add In for Sales Force
- Martin Motooka
- Love the extension. I wish there was a way to turn it off. Currently, it asks if I would like to log every sent email, which can get old fast.
- Adam Shemlev
- Is there a way to force users to reauthenticate after a certain period of time if “Keep Gmail and Salesforce Connected” setting is enabled?
- Jeremy Rozen
- The integration, once connected with SF is actually pretty easy to use and I do find it tremendously helpful to keep all of my interactions with clients in one place so that my team can also see them. However, I do find that there are a few annoying quirks which prevent me from giving this 5 stars. First and foremost is the fact that the app is constantly disengaging from SF and asking me to reconnect to the CRM. Second, there are too many times when the app should pick up the contact from SF without me having to search for it. Same email address, same name. Mostly though, the decoupling of the app from the CRM is the most annoying part and I just don't understand why (after I've given permissions and accepted the connection to my gmail account) this is happening over and over again.
- Antonio Carlos Scola
- very easy and comfortable to handle !
