Gblock protege tu privacidad en Gmail bloqueando los rastreadores de correos electrónicos. Evita que los remitentes sepan cuándo, dónde o si abres un correo, protegiéndote de píxeles espía, enlaces de rastreo y confirmaciones de lectura. Gblock también oculta tu dirección IP y anonimiza tu actividad mediante un proxy seguro. ✔️ PROTECCIÓN CONTRA PÍXELES ESPÍA
El rastreo mediante píxeles espía es una técnica sigilosa que consiste en añadir una imagen invisible de 1x1 píxel, conocida como "píxel de seguimiento", a un correo electrónico. Cuando abres el correo, este píxel envía información al remitente, revelando detalles como cuándo abriste el correo, dónde estabas y qué dispositivo utilizaste. Todo esto ocurre sin tu conocimiento ni consentimiento, lo que representa una seria preocupación para tu privacidad.
Gblock detecta y bloquea los píxeles espía, ofreciendo protección completa contra este tipo de rastreo.
✔️ PROTECCIÓN CONTRA ENLACES DE SEGUIMIENTO
El seguimiento de enlaces consiste en añadir parámetros de seguimiento personalizados a las URLs, como "?utm_source=newsletter", o incorporar códigos de seguimiento únicos. Algunas herramientas de marketing por correo electrónico van aún más lejos, utilizando acortadores de URL para ocultar el destino final, haciendo imposible eliminar los parámetros de seguimiento. Al igual que los píxeles espía, los enlaces de seguimiento pueden revelar tu ubicación, detalles de tu dispositivo y otra información personal.
Gblock te protege de los enlaces de seguimiento de dos maneras: Eliminando todos los parámetros de seguimiento conocidos de las URLs y utilizando nuestro servidor proxy para acceder a los enlaces de los correos, enmascarando tu dirección IP y anonimando completamente tu actividad. - A different extension I used to block pixel code in the past (PixelBlock) no longer works after the chome manifest V3 update, but Gblock does and it's even better! I was a bit surprised by the low number of users and ratings so (with the help of a little AI) I went over all of the code that goes into this extension, it fully checks out! I was a bit concerned by the proxy that receives URLs that you click on in emails (that is used to prevent tracking), so I contacted the developer and the next day there was a profile setting to turn it off (I only turned it off for my work account as it is a good feature to keep on). Great develper, great extension, highly reccomend! Out of curiocity I also checked the code of the other extension I used to use and Gblock does a better job, less chance of it missing trackers.
